Our flight was delayed 2.5 hours from Lisbon to DC so we missed our connection to Seattle that would have arrived at about 9 PM. The agent initially said we had to stay overnight in DC and there were no other options to put us on to get us to Seattle. While on board I discovered a flight via American he could have put us in but by the time we arrived in DC that was sold out. We were then put on a flight to San Francisco that was also delayed then arrived in San Francisco and our flight to Seattle was also delayed so we ended up not arriving until 2:15 am. Our son could not pick us up so we ended up having to pay over $100 to Uber home. This is the second trip with United that the flight has been delayed causing us to miss an evening in Las Vegas and we were given nothing.

How can you rate a flight when it is canceled after you leave the gate & 3 hours into sitting there or in remote area of airport after mechanical problems

MY FAMILY'S LUGGAGE WAS LOST FROM ROME TO BARI. I WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT RECEIVED MY LUGGAGE FROM ROME TO BARI. AFTER DEPLANING IN BARI, WE WASTED A LOT OF TIME AT BAG CLAIMS LOST AND FOUND REPORTING THE CLAIM AND PLEADING FOR THE BAGS TO BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. WE WERE TOLD THAT IT TAKES 3 DAYS MINIMUM TO DELIVER. MY DAUGHTER AND MY GIRLFRIEND NEEDED THEIR PERSONAL THINGS AND WE WERE STAYING 3 HOURS AWAY FROM THE BARI AIRPORT. WE HAD TO DRIVE 3 HOURS TO THE AIRPORT TO COLLECT OUR LOST LUGGAGE THE NEXT DAY. WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE

There were no facilities in the middle of the aircraft and premium economy was not allowed to use the business class facilities, and had to share the only two toilets at the back with economy. The upgrade to Premium was definitely not worth it

Our flight to Rome, Italy was cancelled the day of and we were never informed. We only found out because I was trying to get into my husbands account and called to get his account number. Had to pay more for worse seating on another airline.

The economy seat was much less comfortable for an international flight in terms of recline and moving space when food tray is expanded. Per entertainment, it would be amazing if I could connect my Bluetooth headset or ear phones to the entertainment screen. Or provide in-flight wifi to connect directly from my own device.

We were a little disappointed to not be able to complete check in online without uploading pics of passports. Also we have KTN's and they weren't on our boarding passes when we got to security. Had to trek back to counter to have them fix.

Excellent service in Polaris class IAD to ZRH. Arrived rested and well fed after the overnight flight.

It's a short hop. My carryon was checked at the gate, I didn't have to drag it all over the airport. Excellent wheelchair assist.

Was great in general, try to respect time and excuses when slight changes have been made, appreciated!

I never made it to Rome, therefore I never made it to the Lufthansa flight. Air Canada cancelled its flight out of Raleigh Durham, I missed the connecting flight out of Toronto and after other airline mishaps took place and I had to give up getting to Rome and dissappointing the friends and family waiting for e in Rome. I am currently trying to get reimbursed.

Crew could have been more helpful in helping to find location to store luggage in overhead bins in order to expedite seating. Seating was cramped and uncomfortable.. Other than that it was a standard flight.

The flight was delayed 7 hours and we were given 10 euros vouchers. This is ridiculous. The crew was not nice at all, they just did their job with serving food and drinks. Did not even apologize for the delay!!!!

Bulkhead seats should not be an extra charge. They are extremely uncomfortable. And we missed our connecting flight due to slow luggage retreaval.

Lufthansa flight LH04414 from Munich to Washington DC, was fine. Efficient and safe!

Flight attendant was very rude helping me out. Food was discussing did not eat any of it.

Bumpy ride, not Lufthansa‘s fault. Crew managed a situation over a back rest to far down well. It was two iles behind me. The person putting the seat down, against the other person’s knees, was quite rude and belligerent and needed to be told in a no nonsense matter to stopp. Male flight attendant did good job.

Had a few open seats and could use it for a great rest ful journey

It was very good. Service was friendly and efficient, and food was good.

We left 1.5 hours late therefore missing my connection. The airline didn’t give vouchers.

The crew was business like and not very friendly. It was very disappointing in that they handed out the meal at the beginning of our journey. Eight hours later, they handed a sandwich and a drink. During their eight hour break all they did was sit in the back, looked at their phone and read. They never came down the aisle during those eight hours and offered another beverage or to See if there was anything they could do for the passengers.

It was ok. Overall comfortable but Seat back could not be adjusted and food options were limited.

The price for Premium Economy seats very competitive and ITA beat the big guys in terms of fair. However, seat comfort was below expectations. Movie selection was poor. Food - absolutely horrible!! I felt like a prisoner for 13 hours being fed cold damp rolls and room temp water. NOT what I expected for Premium Economy!!

Most importantly, got us there and back safely and on time. Seats in Prem Econ spacious enough and comfortable. But pulldown footrest on both flights inadequate/broken. Crew...mixed: a few were quite pleasant, others seemed disinterested. Food was underwhelming. Yes, I know it's just "airplane food", so dont expect much... but even United is doing better now, and BA more so. Would I fly ITA again...perhaps. Price diff was main selector this time, almost 1K LESS/person than UA. I'm naturally frugal -- For 2K I'll put up with some small inconveniences.

ITA changed our 9 hr direct flight without giving any reason to 4 stop overs 24 hrs flight without delays.

Poor food choices for AVML. Totally out of the world food. Bad food menu.

Flight attendant really had bad behavior.. yelled at people when she is trying to defend, to have favor w her people..!

Appreciated being met with a glass of sparkling wine - also the warm cleansing towel offered before the meal. The food was tasty!

Inside plane needs to be updated, the lady sitting behind me was saying the frame from the window fell on her lap right before taking off and seats are very uncomfortable, cushioning is need of repair ASAP.

Overbooked. They left a lot of passengers on the ground
