We waited over an hour for our luggage to arrive at the carousel in Seattle.

The plane was delayed a bit. It wasn't a huge problem though, as we were heading back home.

Booked a first class ticket and was not even offered a bottle of water…or a cracker…absolutely zero in flight service on a 1 hour flight

Flight was great. Boarding was crazy because another flight was boarding late next to ours so everyone was standing and in the way.

Comfortable seat, a little delay, very informative. Love Wi-Fi

very good but no blankets for overnight flight or tv screens…

Good. They checked my bag FOR FREE so I didnt have to try to hoist it up into the overhead compartment. Also, they served free beverages, which I appreciated.

late take off - which they blamed on ATC 1000 times. Fake news that there was no room overhead for carry-ons. Seat space was so tiny I could barely drink my coffee. Cabin was freezing cold. Seat was hard. Zero in-flight entertainment. Only good thing was we arrived on time. Not a good experience!

I ordered the fruit and cheese plate on both outbound and inbound flights, the cheese portion on the inbound flight was half of what it had been on the outbound flight. 🙁
