Lots of miscommunication and no help with assisting passengers off plane to rebook Austin to San Diego flight
The seats don't move so very uncomfortable to try and relax. No free beverages. Bag fees are riduculous.
Told to get there 3 hours before,checkin opened 2 hours before. Plane was clean,and fairly new, seat most uncomfortable,limited leg room. Total fare plus $150 for luggage , NOT a budget price. First and last time user.
No frills but really good airfare. If traveling on a budget and can live without the basic frills it’s a great deal.
No in flight entertainment, seats don’t recline.
The fair was low and boarding was efficient.
The booking process was terrible online. There’s a charge for refreshments, the tray table is tiny, the staff didn’t seem happy, the seats don’t recline at all, they charge for carry ons, no outlet to charge my device.
Late to Tulsa again.l
Flight delay, no beverage service
Crew; snacks are okay, but could be better.
Coffee is always burnt; overhead compartments too small; too little space for legs.
American Airlines lied to us that this flight was canceled. They made me go to the ticket counter to book another flight. While standing in line, my husband found out it was not canceled, but they were boarding the plane. The porter that pushed my mother in the wheelchair was able to get our bags checked. No American Airlines employee would help us. They just said to go back to the end of the line. The porter called the gate to have the plane wait for us. American Airlines DISCRIMINATES especially against the elderly!
Crew members were very humane and supportive.
We flew a transatlantic flight during storm Grayson in a 757. Not only it was irresponsable, but dangerous. Communications from the cockpit was poor.

I called bc of weather issues, and it said you may have a wait time more than 30 minutes. I waited 2 hrs and 45 mins without any update on how much longer it would be. The website told me to go to the airport the day before to see a representative. I went to the airport and they told me call back or come back the next day. Information was all inaccurate and after another 55 min wait on the phone (stated “more than 30 mins) i got an agent and rebooked my ticket.
They never have enough food selections in First Class
I couldn't make my trip because of work. Therefore had to cancel but Lufthansa would not provide refund so I had a wasted ticket. Not happy

The staff were rude, abrasive, ignored several passengers that were trying to get her attention before take off as 2 overhead bins were wide open and full to the brim. She of course was too busy playing on her cell phone in the back of the plane and ignored/silenced the passenger call button. They were so loud when people were sleeping, yelling ‘trash please’ every 5 minutes, we are not stupid, we can see what you are doing and if we have trash, we will give it to you - so please STOP disturbing my peace and let me bloody sleep!!!! I was never offered any food or drink during the entire flight, not even when I was awake - other airline attendants are more observant and come back and ask us when we are awake if we would like anything to eat or drink. So essentially that was 7 hours with nothing after having paid a little over $700 for what was seemingly the WORST transatlantic flight I’ve ever taken. I travel back and forth often, because I’m a dual national, but I will stick to BA or Virgin Atlantic - the planes and service are far superior to this pile of turd that goes by the name of United. There were no charging facilities (power outlet or USB port) and the TVs had such horrendous resolution that you would get a headache from having to squint at the screen.
I liked that it was a short flight and that the over-head bins were big enough for my backpack.
I didn't like that my friends, who bought their tickets at the same time I did, with their own cards and checked in at the same time as me, didn't get a seat number. I had one assigned when my ticket printed out, after I checked in at the airport after they did. They had to wait until boarding was almost complete before they were afforded a seat. Seemed really strange. With United already having a bad name from recent stories on the news, it made us worry. Don't like worrying when it has anything to do with an airplane.
