Boarding much smoother than previous United flights! The flight attendant helped monitor putting bags in overhead bins. On united no help resulted in bins in first class being filled before I boarded for first class. I had to search further down into economy. Then got stuck unable to return to my seat. People were putting backpacks that needed to go under seats in bins. It was a mess. This flight was a refreshing improvement. United also had so many categories of preboarding that first class could not board early. The pilot talked to us directly instead of using the intercom before flight.
Impressed that Alaska Air(for our domestic flight) transferred our checked bags to EVA (for our international flights) so that we didn't have to handle them, & we just picked them up at our final destination.
You need categories to denote when food and entertainment are not available.
It was ok. First time flying with them to Boise Won’t do again
The plane was old so the seats were very worn out. The seats were hard, uncomfortable, and caused me actual pain. The lights were too bright. The flight itself was fine.
Flight was delayed but still made it to Phoenix on time. Boarding went quickly, the flight was smooth.
The man next to us had a medical emergency a the flight attendants really stepped up and quickly helped turn a bad situation into one with a great outcome. Brandon, Ranger , and Jose all did wonderful jobs gathering all the medical field passengers on the plane to help (a my husband) and they helped revive the unresponsive patient within a few minutes with juice and oxygen. It was a great example of community and teamwork and I’m so impressed with the staff.
Flight on time. Crew good. Seating Bad. Have to pay extra on a not cheap flight to avoid being next to toilet.
I had a horrible and traumatic bullying experience the last time I flew ( frontier). I was incredibly anxious about these flights. However, it was so relaxed, organized and the crew was efficient and polite. It was so refreshing and relaxing.
Didn't care for the crowding at the gate area at SEA TAC. Not a fault of the airline.
The problem with the seat assignments is that there were a lot of rows in the front that were empty but my row at the back was full. Just not so pleasant.
Good but I prefer choose your own seat. With the new assigned seats they should board from the back I see no advantage to this new boarding. Just like every other airline
Flight boarded late after announcing on time boarding. Flight arrived only a little late despite late departure. Had trouble connecting to WiFi
The Southwest experience has definitely taken a dive from its early days. You can no longer deferentiate from other airlines. Air travel is too expensive. Southwest is no longer budget friendly. They have lost me as a loyal customer.
The charges were ridiculous for an hour flight and the turbulence was very scary.
Still need to work out the kinks on the new assigned seating boarding process. Otherwise, a very good flight.
The seats are now more narrow. I paid for front row the seats in the front are even more narrow than before.
Flight attendants very hospitable and friendly. Pilot flew a smooth take off and landing.
The wifi on the plane is great. The only issue that I have is that I prefer an aisle seat and on my trips this week, I was either in the middle or window. If we can work to secure aisle seating, I will be thrilled. Nice trip.
Great vacation. Can't wait till next year for another one.
I like that the flight attendant was very attentive and helpful. The meal menu could have more of an variety of food choices.
The flight was fine, once we got underway. It was more than hour delayed
Arrived 40 min early which was great - sat in runway for 35 min so no gain. Then waited for luggage 45 min. They need to staff accordingly knowing its one of the busiest week in Phx
My flight got rerouted due to crew rest. I was sent to Dallas customer service was not very polite. Was given a $40 room voucher for Motel 6 and $12 to eat with. It delayed me by a day. Where if I would have just stuck with my original flight Arizona was delayed to Cleveland and I could have made it home. They put me on a 9:00 flight out of Dallas to Cleveland without my knowledge or consent. When originally I was told it would be 8:45 a.m. on February 1st. I told them I could not take the 9:00 flight because I did not have anybody to pick me up from the airport at that time. I'm extremely disappointed in how I was treated. And I will not fly American Airlines again.
It would be nice to have some low carb options in the snacks.
The plane was experiencing problems with the HVAC system, it was very cold in the front of the plane and very hot in the back.
Trip delayed for 2 hours because of rain. We boarded and have to get down the flight and reboard again.
I love American. I’ll never fly anyone else if I can help it.
The flight was on time and arrived early. The crew were friendly and helpful.
Overall experience was great. Flights were almost on time in departing and we arrived at our destination as scheduled. No issues with amenities or flight crew. Everything went well as as expected. Will fly again with American Airlines in the future!
Remind customers of the need to have passport or new ID for boarding.

Very well recently! Frontier is improving and less harrassing customer on luggages! Positive!
It was ok. It was expensive to check 2 bags ($75.00 per bag), and then it took a long time to wait for shuttle to take us from one terminal to the terminal where the plane was taking off at LAX. And all of this for a flight where we had to pay for any food or drink that was not water.
When I wanted to check in 3 hours prior to boarding time, the employees mentioned “a little over an hour delay” so I waited for an hour then I went to go look for food in the terminal and most people from that flight were in the same area looking for food. Finally I decided after food to check to see if it’s anytime closer and now it’s 2 mins until boarding closes?! What are you kidding me? I didn’t receive anything via sms about boarding now nor via email or on the intercom. I luckily made it through, barely, and then there’s no room for my carry on mind you I’m in the very first row so I had to place my purse in one further row back and my carry on sections down. Not sure who pays for better seats to get your stuff placed all over the plane but that was the worst experience I’ve ever had flying with anyone.
Just know that everything, and I mean everything is “ala cart”. 60$ just to put something in the overhead bin. I will never fly Frontier again nor do I recommend them to anyone else.
This airline sucks. They offer low rates then charge you for everything, the app does not work well, the seats are the most uncomfortable. Maintenance issues on the flight, and you still have to sit through their credit card commercials. People are nice enough but does not make up for overall poor experience.
Flight was delayed one hour. Notification to the crowd waiting near the gate was terrible…announcements were unclear and very hard to hear and therefore understand. Frontier does NOT send texts to notify, only email. The reader board over the gate itself was NEVER updated to indicate the gate had been changed. It’s like a bunch of children are running things.
We’ve all seen the YouTube vids of out of control passengers. But this was an instance of a highly aggressive, bully flight attendant. Yelling in the face of a vet with PTSD who was texting their family. And no , we had not yet been instructed to put our phones in airplane mode. My suggestion is that you should pay whatever difference there is in order to avoid Frontier airlines. Additionally, after 3hrs trying to get customer service frontier offered a $25 voucher. I declined. This experience was so traumatic. To be verbally assaulted and abused by a flight attendant that has the power to say “boo” and I miss my flight ( which was to a family member’s funeral ). Frontier is unsafe and I cannot impress enough how much I discourage anyone ( esp those with any kind of disability like PTSD ) flying on Frontier.
