Last minute cancellation and reschedule if original flight with 20 people hounding the gate for standby status. Craziness. These last minute revisions mist stop
Staff was friendly and genuine
They didn’t load enough “for purchase” food. This was a six hour flight! They has no options left excepthummus and chips. This is second flight on American this year where they don’t supply the plane appropriately.
Bought a sandwich which was old ...
eh. not enough space, like most airlines these days. Flight wasn't long enough to hate it though.
Fast and efficient service
My flight was great. Boarding was easy and the seats were comfortable.
On time departure, actually got to Cabo early.
The seat in front of mine had a broken reclining lock mechanism and the passenger kept trying to switch from recline to sitting up and it wouldn't latch in the upright position, so he kept jerking the seatback up and down for the entire 4 hour flight. Also the rows were so tight, and seatbacks were so close together, that the reclining seat in front of me was 6 inches from my face.
Easy flight from check-in to boarding to deplaning.
Nothing really! No entertainment and nothing but almonds eaten.

My flight was delayed 5hrs and added multiple connecting flights that I didn’t need. I had a 6am flight and didn’t get to my destination until 11pm.

delayed 2.5 hrs, stood in jetway for 15 mins while crew fixed seatbelt issue. snack was poor; limited options for soda, small pour & only pretzels as snack!

Typical Air Canada flight. Not great but not horrible (surprisingly)
The entertainment systems were broken on our seats but they did give us a small discount voucher.
Flight was delayed and left 2 hours late.
Our plane was delayed for 5 hrs. On top of it, they brought in a smaller plane with 100+ less seating than original one which caused us losing our reserved seating. They refused to give us our seating arrangements up until the boarding time. All the other passengers had boarding tickets but us. So our family couldn’t sit together. I had a super pleasant experience with Air Canada prior to this trip so it made me so sad. On the other hand, crew were fantastic. We missed our connecting flight but they took care of us so I was happy in that sense.
We were delayed for several hours. I could’ve and should’ve driven to Toronto because I would’ve made it there a lot quicker. The crew members were rude and clearly unhappy to be working. None of them were accommodating. It was a very unpleasant way to start my trip.
Terrible food and entertainment on the flight to and from Santiago. Felt squizzed like a sardine in the can in the middle row. I will never choose Boening 777 for overnight flights. Transfer in Toronto was confusing. Delayed arrival caused problems in retrieving luggage and made a stressful experience getting to Chicago flight on time - not mentioning sluggish US border check in Toronto. For my next trip, I would rather pick another airline and transfer airport.
