Cons: "I bought my ticket last minute not realizing that my lay over in Korea was 12 hours I arrived in Korea at 5:30 am, stayed at the airport , slept , walked, ate, sleep patiently waited for my 1930 boarding I finally boarded and was told in their broken English that I am going to be inspected I was thoroughly searched, my pursed was inspected, my body was inspected ,the asked me to open both of my hands and they run a white strips into my palm( I'm a nurse ) and the first thing that entered my mind was they were checking me for drug screen I am very bothered with what happened , Korean airlines makes their passenger have a long lay over and at the end will be thoroughly searched because she stayed in the airport too long How is Korean airlines going to support this insult!!! Cons: "I booked KLM flights (Cork - Tampa return) but the planes were in fact Aer Lingus and Delta. So I have no idea what KLM is like. When I checked in at Cork the ground staff could only give me a boarding card for the first flight. For the second one she said I would have to go to the Delta counter in Amsterdam. It was difficult to find a counter there or staff as check-in was all by computer. The computer kept saying 'error' when I put in my code. I eventually was directed to a KLM desk (nicely hidden). I was told that my seat no longer existed. At this point the flight was ready to board. Thankfully the KLM ground staff were extremely helpful and reassuring and upgraded my ticket to economy comfort. On the way back, I could only get a boarding card for my first flight. The second two I had to collect at the boarding gate of the second flight."

Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."

When we checked in the ticketing agent was randomly stacking bags in a heap behind her, and not putting them on the conveyor belt. The flight attendant was loud and screechy, saying that it was easier to leave off the bags than take people off the plane. What?? How was this not accounted for before the flight. On the way out, they forgot to build in time to de-ice the plane. SMH"

Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Pros: "Smooth boarding. Good food. Decent leg room at my seat. Good crew. Flight was on time. Good magazine on the flight for entertainment."
Cons: "They didn't give any napkins out with the food which was weird."

Pros: "- entertainment systen was OK (movies), but has no current news - food was good - windows can be darkened progressively"
Cons: "- Schiphol airport (AMS) is small, crowded, noisy; no water fountains; toilets are dirty and insufficient in number; SFO is much better - KLM boarding process was chaotic (not by group or row number), boarding/security personnel (4 old guys) didn't have a clue - 787 is noisy, chairs are uncomfortable (my back still hurts) and very close together, they also recline way too much - food trays not collected promptly - noisy babies on all flights - clearly not enough cabin crew for a full flight - no or wrong info by pilots on timing (crew are always lying anyway) - gate is all around the back at SFO (long taxi to get there) - they inserted people in wheelchairs during deboarding thus holding everybody up."
