B1 crew crewmembers that are engaged in lightering, Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) activity, wind farm activity, private air/sea crew and other similar crewmember activities;
Students with an F-1 or M-1 visa and their F-2 and M-2 dependents, if they arrive from or have been in Ireland, the UK or Schengen Area in the past 14 days.
All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.
Travelers arriving in Massachusetts must complete the Massachusetts Health Form.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.

Cons: "The Cancun airport provides a terrible experience for transferring between flights, especially if you need to change from the international terminal to a domestic terminal or vice-versa. There is no way to get between terminals inside security and the free shuttle is slow and overcrowded. Meanwhile, one is forced to run a gauntlet of taxi and shuttle drivers trying to get you to pay them exorbitant fees to drive you to your terminal. Once you finally arrive you discover that there is no dedicated baggage recheck for an international arrival. Just don't buy a ticket that transfers in CUN."

They did it right when we flew out. On the way back, there was no TSA sign on my boarding pass, so I was redirected to regular line. The plane wasn’t full on the returned flight, yet they assigned seats indifferent rows and way back of plane. I notice there were some empty seats in the front and middle of plane, they packed a lot of people in the back and separated people who traveled together but not paid and selected seats. Is it policy of Sun Country airline? Last time we took Sun Country, they didn’t assigned seats accurately although we paid fee for selected seats. After sending in complain, they did refund the selected fee for my husband. Hope they would see this and improve their ticketing."

Cons: "My only gripe is that paying for an assigned seat is only allowed 48 hours before takeoff and costs at least $30, twice what Spirit charges to allow you to select a seat during booking, so it is worse. No one watched us to ensure that we didn’t use the overhead bins (a stipulation of the fare) but we did comply anyway. We chose to take our chances and were assigned seats at the gate 16 rows apart and both in the middle seat."

I don't know if Captain and the flight attendants were soft-spoken, or if the volume was not turned high enough, but I could hear less than have of what was said over the audio system."

Would have been more bearable, but AA's seats are sooooooo close together, that there is nowhere near enough room to stretch legs when weather causes delays. AA's seats are the most uncomfortable (in regard to space and lumbar support) of the three major airlines."

Whilst I didn't like needing to hand in my carry on (without much warning so I didn't have time to pull out a magazine to read) on the plus side it was stored well as my suit carrier came out unscathed and you get your bags curb side as soon as the plane lands so you don't have to wait for the rest of the bags to unload."

They either checked for free or brought it on and managed to shove it in sideways taking up space that others needed. Some people brought three bags on!!! As a military spouse I feel cheated to have had to pay when others checked in for free at the gate. Not cool United, either let the spouse check in for free or make everyone abide by the so-called rules of one carry on that actually fits into that metal baggage guide. I would like a refund of 50.00 for the baggage fees I paid for this trip."

Cons: "When booking a flight that has a lay-over, the language is not clear to the passenger that each flight requires it's own carry on bag fee. I understand the mission of Spirit but when someone purchases a 1 stop or more trip it can be very costly! Because of this, my flight was no longer cheaper than any other airline that didn't charge for carry on bags."

I think it was awful they took me through that especially since they were still boarding passengers. Also. I arrived way before the 15 min cut off time for boarding"

Cons: "Our flight was delayed by several hours. Even though the Spirit Staff was pleasant and patient, there was a lot of chaos about how to deal with passengers boarding and un-boarding the plane. The staff also kept changing their "offers" for travelers offering to take a different flight. We knew 3 other families also flying Spirit, who were all on 3 different flights, leaving from 3 different places, and all 3 of those families also had issues with flight delays then cancelations."

Wasn't given a hotel room, wasn't given food voucher, wasn't given any help what so ever in how to get home. Pretty much said the flight is cancelled - good luck - we will reimburse you. That's all! Cons: "The boarding process in Tampa was the worst I have experienced in 50 years of flying. It took close to a half-hour to accommodate four wheelchair passengers plus a couple of families with young children. Of course they need special accommodation, but the amount of time it took was ridiculous. It was like no one knew what they were doing. It also took way too long for the bags to make it to the carousel when we arrived at MSP."

Cons: "The flight was oversold and I found the gate agents to be difficult to work with. I purchased my ticket in advance and made it to the airport 2 hours early to check-in and was still not given a seat assignment. I was told 3 different times that there were enough volunteers and I would be on the flight. Those volunteers were told they were not needed and the gate agents told us, the remaining passengers "too bad, this happens, they have seats, you don't." I have worked with many gate agents and though I know there job is stressful, never have I encountered such rudeness and condescension. Also in all the disorganization, the flight left even later than the scheduled delay and people that boarded had to wait until the gate agents figured out the seat arrangements. I was willing to forgo comfort and amenities for price but this disorganization and failed customer service is unacceptable."

Cons: "Flim-flam. Ended up paying more for a ticket than if we had purchase for another airline because of hidden baggage charges. This is the ONLY airline that charges for a CARRY ON bag. This is not made clear when purchasing a ticket from a third party (Kayak). Shocked to have to pay $65 at the gate for each bag in our party of three. Then, on our return flight we paid online when we checked, but still had to pay $45 per bag--this added $110 to each ticket. So much for CHEAP fares that they advertise. We won't be flying Spirit anytime again!"

The fee schedule for needed extras has never saved me money. These issues waste my time and money."

NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!! How can they charge for something we didn't use!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Cons: "The seats were narrow and incomfortable, without the ability to recline. The crew members were snotty and rude. The flight was delayed and then when everyone was boarded, the captain said we were waiting for a crew member to show up. We left 45 minutes late without apology. But the whole "experience" started with the agent at the counter. She was rude and disrespectful. I will not be returning to Spirit and will tell my friends and family that I will pay for the difference so they can fly on a legitimate airline."

Cons: "Stewardess was extremely rude - unprofessional! I will never by a ticket from Spirit again. Bought tickets for my girls and I to go to Florida - on our return trip Stewardess was rude to my daughter and failed to take care of getting her a seat belt extender - then attacked her verbally for not wearing her seat belt for the entire flight. The pre-flight demonstrations for oxygen masks, etc were not over any type of microphone so people could hear. In my opinion for every young stewardess there should be someone with more experience along on the flight because the ones you had on this flight were pretty much worthless and couldn't seem to cope without using anger and making fun of passengers. It is a good thing the plane remained in the air without incident because they wouldn't have been able to handle much."
