Cons: "86 year traveling I had to get wheel chair to escort my Uncle I was not flying. Had to return to gate to get a gate pass after arriving at third floor so I had to wheel my uncle downstairs again. Then was told by overwelmed employee named Daisy that I had to stand online again."
Cons: "Do not let people book a connecting flight with only 40 minutes in between. If anything goes wrong, say your first flight is delayed an hour, there is no way you are making your second flight, and will spent a hell of a lot of money to get home close to originally planned."

Cons: "This was a flight to Morocco. The first leg was thru Jet Blue to JFK. The second Royal Maroc to Casablanca. I had contacted Royal Maroc about excess and overweight baggage (the ticket was purchased here). I was told no problem pay for it upon check in. At check in I was not allowed to bring the extra baggage. I had originally told Maroc that it would be two boxes. It ended up being one. Jet Blue said I was not permitted to bring a box or a 4th piece of luggage. No feasible solution was offered other than to drive to JFK (10 hours from RDU). I would have needed to check in in less than 8."

Cons: "Jetblue cancelled the flight 1 hour prior to departure. I had ordered a pkg through Kayak and had a departing flight to Asia from NYC leaving 2 hours after arrival. Instead of booking me on another flight that night to NYC, Jetblue rebooked my ticket for two days later. Even though I shared that we had prepaid the hotel stay and would lose that time in addition to a shortened trip, Jetblue did nothing to help. We were beyond devastated. We found our own ticket to NYC from Delta without help from Jetblue. This experience has left a very bitter taste in my mouth and destroyed my preference for Jetblue."

How on earth did it make any sense, I am not even muslim? I did not even mention about muslim. Those dumbass at justfly.com do not have any level of professionalism. I tried to contact china southern airlines, they are always busy, after several attempts, finally somebody on the phone talking chinese shitty accents that only understood a few english. Chinese passenger crowded and with the shitty attitudes. One of the old guy drop the heavy coffee cup on my son's head and hurt real bad when he pulled his bag immediately after the land when he is not supposed to. I have a return ticket to deal with again with pain in a few days. then I will never fly with this shitty airlines. At Gongzhau, kids are hungry in transit, tried to buy food, told they only take Yuan. there was no ATM in transit. had to exchange Yuan and thats the only option there if you want to buy something. Airport wi-fi sucks, no connectivity even after logging into the shitty local advertisers websites. Finally, crew were to manage some kind of food, but did not like it at all. shitty shitty. do no fly this airlines of chinese route at all."

Then when they rebooked our connection on a British Airways flight, BA couldn't pull up the tickets and we wasted yet another hour while Virgin Atlantic and Delta both passed the buck as to who was responsible for correcting it so we could get on our rebooked flight, which we BARELY did with only 2 minutes to spare!"

Ground crew airport check in at the Delta counter and at the Boarding gate was helpful and efficient. However request for Special Assistance in Toronto was poorly handled. We did not accept the conditions offered to us as one wheel chair operator had to push 3 passengers and I had to wait for him to return to me after two people were brought to their gates. My Husband had to wheel me in to my gate."

The problem is your greedy Chinese luggage handling thieves who work for your airlines in Chinese airports. Whenever they can steal from luggage, they always try to steal from passengers, particularly American. I have had multiple experiences with theft from Chinese airports. I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. AS LONG AS Chinese airport luggage people are dishonest and cannot be trusted, your entire airline is a failure. That is not prejudice against Chinese people. I know some honest good ones. They are all Christians, the kind of good people the corrupt Chinese government hates. An atheistic country is an evil country. Do not expect to be respected by honest people. You people clearly do not deserve it. You are still in the stone age when it comes to professionalism which requires total honesty, a quality which your luggage handlers consider to be dispensable. We were told the flight might have to refuel in Richmond due to major weather delays in LGA. When we were landing they said they expected a refuel and a quick turnaround in Richmond. On the plane after landing, I learned via my phone's internet the flight was cancelled. They never announced it on the plane. At the final moment before we disembarked, the crew told us to be sure to take our belongings. When we landed, Flightaware showed delays of 45 minutes at LGA. AA never took responsibility for the problem though the gate crew mentioned they canceled the flight because the crew was going to be over their maximum hours. AA really couldn't plan to allow for up to an hour delay? I feel disrespected and even deceived. Although it was clear that flight attendant really needed to get off that plane. At the gate, we were told there were no available flights to NYC and were stranded overnight in Richmond. AA did offer a hotel pretending it was a courtesy since they claimed the problem was weather related and not theirs. We chose to stay with relatives and were told AA could only provide transportation from the airport which we did not need. We often have problems and cancellations on this route from when it was branded a US Air route to the present, but this was egregious."

I was then rebooked on a flight that was leaving to NY, with a connecting flight to Boston at 7."

The staff at Atlanta's airport were great from the curbside checkin agents to the wheelchair attendant and gate agents so that they 45 minute delay due to air traffic in New York was hardly noticeable. The flight attendants were pleasant and friendly and the food was delicious. We actually arrived ahead of our adjusted ETA, after a very smooth flight."
Cons: "Upon arrival in New York, the 3 of us who needed wheelchair assistance waited and waited for them to come. Finally, the gate agents rounded up some wheelchairs that were sitting around nearby just to get us off the plane and to the gate area. After waiting about 15 minutes, while hearing the gate agents being told repeatedly by the wheelchair dispatcher on the radios that they were coming and were passing through security, 2 female attendants finally arrived and they took the two elderly ladies and off they went, leaving me there waiting. I continued to wait, and wait, and wait for ANOTHER 25 MINUTES, total of 40 minutes after arrival at the gate. The same dispatcher lady continued to say that my attendant was on the way, passing through security for the entire 25 minutes. He asked me to change wheelchairs because he liked his better. He didn't offer to take my laptop bag and put it behind. He took off down the concourse before my feet were even on the footrests, with me holding my legs out in front of me because the footrests were up. After 20 or 30 feet, I got him to stop and let me get my feet down. I told him our luggage was supposed to be at carousel E, so he took me to "A". He asked me if any of the bags there were mine, and I said, "Why would they be here? I told you we were on Carousel E!" So then he wheeled me to Carousel E, and since it had now been almost an hour, it was empty. He asked an attendant where my bag would be, and was told to check at the office, which was back over by Carousel A. Upon finally checking with the personnel in the office, he came out rolling my bags and stood them by me for me to deal with while he just pushed the wheelchair. I had told him I was taking Uber, so he deposited me curbside near the taxi stand, which was not anywhere near where Uber could pick me up and was gone. FINALLY, after arriving earlier than expected at 3:25, at 4:43 I was finally picked up by Uber to go on home. What a nightmare! I thought the wheelchairs were supposed to be waiting upon arrival????"

They did give us 10,oo vouchers but by that time we all had pretty much eaten."

Overall, making me more comfortable with flying because we do not fly very often. We were seated in aisle 4 and it seemed a bit more noisy in front rather than in the rear of the plane. There was some turbulence, but not as much as when we flew to Florida two weeks ago."

We arrived at the Frontier Counter about 5 pm and had to wait for approximately an hour before any Frontier representative arrived to begin the checking-in procedure. If this is the procedure at Tampa Airport, then more seating should be available in the check-in areas to accommodate those elderly persons who cannot stand for long periods of time."

I also didn't like that there was hardly any announcements on the loudspeaker to let us know about what is happening, or when we might approximately be landing."

The flight crew came around asap to see if you wanted anything. Faster than other more expensive airlines I've been on. Boarding and getting off went smoothly. Flight was on time. Even paying for checked bag and seat choice our fare was still cheaper than other airlines. Only opted to pay for seating as we brought our grandson since the tickets were so inexpensive. Being his first time flying I thought it would be easier for him and other passengers to have people he knew in both seats as well as I could make sure he had a.window seat. Great value, good quality. If your looking for all the extras, not here. To get to where your going, safely and relatively comfortably, with friendly personnel this is for you. Do add in the cost of luggage and seat if you like certain ones, for this and other airlines, to compare and find the best value for you."

The seats are tiny the trays are tiny, they don’t have TVs, seats do not recline. First and last time Flying with them. My bags were 42 pounds and 46 pounds and I had to pay and additional $30 for each of them."

Need a boarding pass? 5$ In fact, to be able to carry on a small average sized suitcase it cost 45$. Seriously! 45$ just to carry on a smal suitcase and that price is just one way! Do yourself a favor and fly with a legacy carrier instead Delta, American, or United). Spirit has horrible customer service, dirty airplanes, and thy will nickle and dime every possible dollar from you! That's all!"
