US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.

The pilot and the attendants saw that we were banging on the door and yet they just stared at us. The plane wasnt detached from the terminal which is why I didnt understand why they couldnt let me in unless they sold my seat. An attendant finally came out by the name of Chanel (the AD Lead). All she did is rebook me for 2 days later and told me that that flight might get cancelled due to the hurricane. She wasn't even trying at all to help me. She had a rude attitude and told me that she will be back to help me. Yeah right! She came back 3 hours later! I could not stand to even look at this unprofessional employee. I paid extra to fly jetblue as I have been told they have great customer service. Pshhhh.... I myself had to call jetblue and spoke to melinda (customer service supervisor) she was trying everything in her power and it really showed. An attendant came and started checking the next flight out of puerto rico to ft. Lauderdale. Melinda put me on stand by for the flight and ecen spoke directly to the Natalie who was checking guests on the flight. Two seats came available for me and my husband to get back to florida. We then rented a car and drove 4 hours back to tampa. I was just completely disgusted on how Chanel handled the whole situation. I told her that I had medical treatments the next morning in tanpa that I could not miss but yet she did not at all seem to care. As a lead I thought she would at least put me on stand by to go to ft. Lauderdale. That wasnt even an option for Chanel. She was completely worthless and had a stupid look on her face when she saw me get on the plane to fy. Lauderdale. Something she could have helped me with instead of saying she would be right back and left me for 3 hours later with no help. Jetblue, I say this in the kindest of ways, please fire chanel. People like that will only cost you guys more in the future as you will loose so much clientel due to the unprofessional conduct and customer service she gave. Hire more Natalie's and Melindas who help you regardless of the situation and not Chanel who didnt care and was a bother to her to put in the same type of customer service that Melinda and Natalie gave me."

I still needed to fly back from my destination from Newark, Nj on Monday July 31. Due to me not taking my original flight United cancelled my ENTIRE reservation and they want me to pay $250 to rebook, which I do not have. I am currently stuck in New York with no money for a return flight, and will possibly lose my job. I am extremely shocked that they would do that. I will NEVER recommend or fly with them again."

In light of what just happened where a parent paid $150 for the staff to watch his girl and she ended up getting molested by an older gentlemen, this is unacceptable. She was screaming and being a normal 7 year old, pushing the call button every 2 minutes, slamming her chair back and forth. I do not have kids for a reason. This should not be allowed. I was afraid if I said anything to her about her attitude that she could say I did something to her and My life would be ruined."

I waited for everyone else to line up and go inside and get their seat because I noticed that my ticket has NN on my seat number and my zone was 99. This is very uncalled for. Considering that I payed an outrageous cost for one damn flight to Illinois in which I know you all do every night! They closed the doors to the hallway to the plane and informed not only myself but 3 others to go to the desk and they would figure out what they could! THERE WAS A WOMEN WHO HAD BEEN TRYING TO GET HOME FOR 3 DAYS. So you obviously had screwed her over and now you were about to screw all of us. Now I will say yes I am very upset with you at Frontier. But I was not about to take it out on the people working at the airport. The companies practice of overbooking is unexceptable during this time of year, Easter weekend, and not saving a seat for a women who has been trying to go home for three days. I am very upset and my ticket was very overpriced. Specially for how I got treated, due to he overbooking. Now they had one seat saved/ left over and because I kept my calm and didn't yell at your workers inside he airport they offered it to me. But if it was not for my calmness I would not be home with my family. That right there is unexceprtable!"

The last time I flew with Frontier it was amazing (it was like 2 or three years ago), and this time it was completely horrid. Next time I will pay extra to fly in more comfortable seats...especially when we are flying a red eye."

Overall, making me more comfortable with flying because we do not fly very often. We were seated in aisle 4 and it seemed a bit more noisy in front rather than in the rear of the plane. There was some turbulence, but not as much as when we flew to Florida two weeks ago."

We arrived at the Frontier Counter about 5 pm and had to wait for approximately an hour before any Frontier representative arrived to begin the checking-in procedure. If this is the procedure at Tampa Airport, then more seating should be available in the check-in areas to accommodate those elderly persons who cannot stand for long periods of time."

They were courteous upon stepping onto the plane and throughout the duration of the flight. The seats were comfortable, and overhead space was plentiful. My 2.5 hour flight from Tampa to PHL was shortened to 2 hours. Overall, it was a great experience flying Frontier for my very first time."

Cons: "Despite the fact that their ticket counter was open for other flight departures, they only allow you to check in beginning two hours before your scheduled takeoff time. This really means you have only an hour and a half until your flight begins to board. On the flight they mentioned wanting more people in the exit row, but you would have to pay an extra $50 because it has more leg room, needless to say everyone chuckled at this blatant ripoff attempt. On the flight you have two pay $2 for a small glass of water, not a bottle but a small plastic cup filled primarily with ice. When we landed we had to wait 45 minutes before the checked baggage began to arrive. Overall this is a very poor airline. Watch out for the fees as they charge you $20 for each airline interaction. I would suggest avoiding them if you can as the price rapidly rises above your ticket cost & the hassles for basic services are not worth the cost."

The flight crew came around asap to see if you wanted anything. Faster than other more expensive airlines I've been on. Boarding and getting off went smoothly. Flight was on time. Even paying for checked bag and seat choice our fare was still cheaper than other airlines. Only opted to pay for seating as we brought our grandson since the tickets were so inexpensive. Being his first time flying I thought it would be easier for him and other passengers to have people he knew in both seats as well as I could make sure he had a.window seat. Great value, good quality. If your looking for all the extras, not here. To get to where your going, safely and relatively comfortably, with friendly personnel this is for you. Do add in the cost of luggage and seat if you like certain ones, for this and other airlines, to compare and find the best value for you."

The seats are tiny the trays are tiny, they don’t have TVs, seats do not recline. First and last time Flying with them. My bags were 42 pounds and 46 pounds and I had to pay and additional $30 for each of them."

Need a boarding pass? 5$ In fact, to be able to carry on a small average sized suitcase it cost 45$. Seriously! 45$ just to carry on a smal suitcase and that price is just one way! Do yourself a favor and fly with a legacy carrier instead Delta, American, or United). Spirit has horrible customer service, dirty airplanes, and thy will nickle and dime every possible dollar from you! That's all!"
