Delayed for 3 hours- little to no communication about this and staff moves in slow motion
Caribbean airline sucks … they have a promotion to bring 60lbs in your suitcase.. meanwhile when you reached your destination (JFK)… your suitcase didn’t show up. They had too much weight so the suitcase was left in Guyana… like WTF????? Stupid promotion.. just like the uneducated people working with the airline. The representative said there is nothing she can do about it… will not use them again.
Nothing, they could have made some accommodation for an awful experience. Me and my family were not informed properly we we separated. They took me off the original flight i booked. I booked our flight at one price and called me and told me they were not honoring my rate and they charged me double of what I paid. Me and my family don’t want to ever use your services again.
Better movie and tv selections. Also, the overnight flight to Trinidad from Toronto, the staff were not very attentive. I did not see them for at least half the fight. They were behind their curtain a lot of the time, and they did not check on us before landing to make sure all landing requirements were met.
Flight ended up being longer than anticipated because we had to reroute to the Bahamas. So a hour and half flight turned into 5 hours. 0/10.
The Flight itself was smooth and uneventful. The crew was polite and caring. I used the Lounge in Piarco and the service was STELLAR
I enjoyed the smooth flow and well coordinated boarding and the very courteous attitude from the cabin crew We look forward to flying with ya’ll again
The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.
Wearing masks should be enforced in the lounge. There were a few patrons who just weren't wearing them even though it's mandatory in public places in Trinidad and Tobago. Other than that, it was a great experience.
The Wifi was not working. No screens and it was a very ancient plane
Flight Crew Review The crew was absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely made the flight feel comfortable and enjoyable. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure passengers were taken care of. You could really tell that they cared about providing great service. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would be happy to fly with this crew again!
stood in line to check in luggage for nearly an hour. very poor service and not excusable
Same as the previous flight as far as comfort and food. Entertainment didn’t have a watchable screen so everything would need to be watched on your own device in which they didn’t have a charging port that accommodated my iPhone. Seats were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.
A lot things happened in this trip.The fly should be less stress.
Tell people to remain in their seats during the meal/beverage distribution. Enforce boarding by group numbers. No one was checking. Tell people to turn their electronics speakers off. Bigger cups for drinks.
This airline makes you check in in one terminal and then you have to walk to the other terminal. Its messed up
landed in panama it was in terminal one. We had to take a bus to terminal two for customs. Then back to terminal one. It was very frustrating. Then, on the way back from panama it was the same situation. We had to go back and forth between terminals to check in and drop our bags and then to board. When we were leaving, we had to wait in line for the boarding area and go through another gate security process. They told the bottles of water and coffee were bought while in line in the airport after we passed the main security. Ridiculous (and expensive). A much better communication system is needed.
This was my first time flying Copa but I'll definitely be back! Great service, professional agents, and delicious food for a fair price. Thanks for a great trip!
Horrible experience from start to end. Copa costumer service is non existent. They treat you bad. Everybody tells you different information. We didn’t received our luggage in the 1 day stop we did even we they said if was not going to be a problem. They didn’t respect the seats that we had and spread our family leaving in between of two big people who didn’t leave any space for me and crush me from side to side. I’ll never recommend Copa to anybody.

The experience with United Airlines was excellent; however, the experience with Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) was horrible. Although our flight departed from Terminal B, we had to go through security in Terminal C and then get on a train for travel to Terminal B. Additionally, there was significant walking required to get to the boarding location.
Flight was delayed 5 hours. Updates kept changing. Sears were extremely cramped. Very little leg room. Flight attendant was rushing through with drinks and hit me in the knee either the cart and didn’t apologize. They gave a 15 dollar voucher in airport which doesn’t buy. Much and it was so late that choices were limited.
Always pretty good as far as I see it. Staff was friendly and process was quick to get on and off.
Left an hour and a half after the listed time. Up side was it had TV screens on the seat.
I couldn’t make my first flight due to weather delays trapping us in the town we were in. Then I had to buy a new ticket

I liked everything about the flight. The service was excellent!
Good boarding. Crew started quick with drinks and food. They came around several times for trash which I really liked. Other than turbulence due to storms in the area, flight was great.
On long flights with semi-comfortable seats the airline needs to accommodate for the need to stand up. Otherwise a fight becomes pure torture. Not even business class provides for that.

Flight was very delayed. That made me lose the next flight. Rebooked for 23 hours later without any compensation and using a worse airline. I did not expect that from AA. Disappointing.
The flight had a 6 hours delay. This should not happen to anyone. Airlines should provide an alternative with no additional costs.
Paid for wifi but it didn't work once. Seats were incredibly cramped and passengers sitting in front was reclined the entire time and staff did nothing

I was stuck in Miami for 24 hours! I waited in a line for 3 hours just for a hotel still at the airport. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
Quick flight. No time to stress over it. Over before it begins.
Boarding was atrocious. Completely unorganized bedlam. Could not understand the person announcing. The PA system sounded like Charlie Brown's parents.
