Food was just ok..had snack box :( Crew was very nice
The Alaska app and website were not fully operational. I had to spend about 15 minutes at the counter doing things that should have been completed online. The agent was very nice and helpful, however.

Flying on Hawaiian Airlines was good. But, getting a boarding pass was a hassle. I booked what I thought was an Alaska Airlines flight that was actually a Hawaiian Airlines flight. I couldn't check in online. I had to wait for the Hawaiian Airlines counter to open so I could get my boarding pass which was a requirement for me to get in The Club or the Centurion Lounge. (I had no check in luggage so I didn't expect to have to physically check in.) The Alaska Airlines staff blamed the FAA for the problem.
Passengers were not informed timely of delays. The staff appeared like they didn't really care about the passengers.
Food and entertainment aren’t a thing on these regional flights. But it was a smooth flight. Could see gorgeous countryside through the large windows. The earplugs are a nice touch for the prop engines but the hum of the engines did not bother me. Grateful the option exists to easily get from A to B.
Both flights were delayed going to our destination and leaving, and communication about the delays was not great by the airlines, now the crews were phenomenal and great to be around!!
The plane was delayed a bit. It wasn't a huge problem though, as we were heading back home.
Ok. It was uneventful and drama free. Plane was clean and the crew polite.
They are a terrible company. They cancel flights for little to no reason.
The chair cushions may need an upgrade. I have been noticing they are so worn out, thin so you’d sit in a dip 😄. Other than that, all was an enjoyable trip. Thanks AA!
I’m impressed that we were on time in Sacramento after having a late departure in Newark and our made it. The staff was friendly and warm.
5.5 hour delay with no explanation on why, along with no proactive effort to reaccomodate me.

It’s a great flight. Service is good. Staff is awesome.
Boarding on time and fight was early but they didn't let us off the plane on time so we missed our connecting flight to Japan.
DFW-LHR Toilets not kept clean Too cramped. Aisles so narrow crew were constantly banging into people on the aisle seats. Even then, the carts used are reduced width. Other than that it was a decent flight on both legs
Eventless. It was a good flight and good crew. Can’t complaint.
