The flight left late and I didn’t get a glass of bubbly upon boarding (which I’m used to when booking business class on other flights), but otherwise it was a pleasant flight with lovely, helpful crew members and I enjoyed my meal.

Couldn't fit knees, only 1 toilet working, didn't get anything to drink cause the stewards were not able to get to us

The flight from SFO to YVR was delayed and my bag did not make it to my next flight from YVR to SYD. It took almost 3 days after I landed to get my bag and when I got it, it was filled with dust

Great check in process in LA and good service The check in process as well as at the gate is way better in the US versus canada 🇨🇦

The crew was really nice. The plane seats were kinda small even for a 5’6” / 158 lbs person.

Fare was great, seat comfort the opposite as cushion was worn out. Ok for 2 hour flight, not for 4.5 hour flight..

Fair. What's the point of partnering with United if we cannot use the lounge. My wife is a frequent flier with United but we were refused access to Air Canada lounge

Re luggage I carried a backpack only. I did not check any bags in. However there were other passengers with carry on luggage going in the plane. My question is why are others allowed to have a carry on luggage inside the plane? Shouldn’t they have dropped it off at the gate? I’m asking because I could have brought the same thing instead of a backpack only. Please clarify for future reference. Thank you.
