Pros: "I liked that the seat reclined, access to some movies and shows, I LOVED the free WiFi. Snack were good too."
Cons: "As soon as I got onto the plane, a male flight attendant rudely told me there was no room for my carry on. I explained how my holiday would be starting pretty much as soon as I got off the flight and I wouldn’t have time to wait for a bag to come off the flight. He then replied how that wasn’t his problem. I said I would put the bag under my seat and he said if he saw it under my seat he would take it. He didn’t help me try to find room or do anything helpful at all. I took my bag and found plenty of space to store it. I was very displeased and shocked how I was treated. Also the Dunkin’ Donuts coffee was undrinkable. No where near what actual Dunkin’ coffee taste like. I also didn’t like that they tried to charge me money for the headphones."

Cons: "I had a very bad experience with Jet blue, they send me an email that the flight was still on time which was supposed to be at 11:am on September 21st , when we arived to the airport we found out that we were late for the flight so we missed our connecting flight, and we couldn’t get another flight to the destination, we paid for a full week and we won’t get there until Monday lm looking to get my money for All my losses, the Hotel in New York $254 the connecting flight and the coast of our resort, and all the aggravation the we got because of your scheduling, my name is Rola Barkho my address is 259 Wilson ave , Paramus nj 07652. Cons: "I had a late evening flight and my neighbors chatted very loudly the entire flight. The gentleman’s seat was one row ahead but decided since there was an empty seat in our row he would sit with his girlfriend. The couple smelled of alcohol, not sure if they were served with more than one alcoholic beverage but it made the flight very uncomfortable. Even with my earphones on at a higher level I could still hear them."

Cons: "No blankets, no earphones, rude crew. Jet Blue used to be top notch, special. Now it’s just another packed crew with union attendants who do minimal and I mean minimal effort to make passengers happy."

Pros: "The atmosphere was just right for flying except when I entered the Aircraft I was totally turned off when I encountered a woman and her child and her carry-on pieces was already established in my seat 2A. She did move when I requested but what got me annoyed she had me locked in my seat because all her belongings remained in the passage way making it difficult to make my way to the restroom. IN MY OPINION THIS WAS A SAFETY HAZARD. I had every reason to suspect that she is known to the captain because he came to greet her. ERROLD"
Cons: "NO EMPHASIS IS PLACED ON ENSURING THAT SAFETY IS CARRIED OUT. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL TRAVELLING EXPERIENCES ON A VARIETY OF AIRLINES AND THIS WAS THE WORST FOR SAFETY. UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO MAKE USE OF THE RESTROOM AND HAD TO BE USING MY ATHELETIC SKILS TO GET BY. THIS REALLY SPOILT MY FLIGHT. MY FLIGHT # WAS 881 TO ST. LUCIA SEAT 2A. SAFETY SHOULD NEVER BE COMPROMISED EVEN IF FRIENDSHIP IS INVOLVED."

Pros: "The planes the same the inflight menu screen is basically the same. So all the things I liked about Virgin are still there. The overhead announcements were done rather well. Personality and great voice. Bathrooms were clean... Still love the mood lighting. maybe coordinate it with the company colors?"
Cons: "Somehow it seems less... happy. I don't know why that is but the loss of the safety video we knew was coming with the name change... but I kinda miss that upbeat song and the positive energy it put into take off. Also can't really recall the uniforms. I used to like those."

Cons: "* Flight was delayed, no one's fault. * Wifi was free, which is a very nice JetBlue feature, but wifi was often slow. I'm not sure this could be improved. * Because the flight was long-ish and we had to taxi for an hour, my computer ran down, and there were no electrical outlets at the seats or even usable on the plane, because it was an old plane. I lost a couple of hours that I could have been working. * One of the flight attendants was actually rather rude. Without any warning, she waved her hand in front of my face to get my attention during beverage service. I could understand this, maybe, if I had not responded to a question (I was typing on my computer), but she hadn't even tried to ask me what I wanted, she just went for this very abrupt and aggressive attention-getting technique. She startled me, and I told her she had. She did not apologize."

Pros: "Prior to our flight, our captain made a joke and everyone enjoyed it. The flight attendants were friendly. I enjoyed one of the snacks (Popcorners) and I have never had that as an option on any other flight before. (Although, food would have been a greater alternative.)"
Cons: "There was a little bit of turbulence, which is never fun. (However, the captain did set the expectation prior to each time.) I love when airplanes have personal tv monitors but I strongly dislike the fact that there was a charge for headphones, for the ability to listen. I did not buy any / have entertainment during my flight and CC appeared to be available, but did not work. If it did, I would have provided a higher rating."

Cons: "The food was ok. But worse than the food I had on the way to the us. I didn't get all of my boarding passes in NYC so I had to go get them in Orlando which ment changing airport terminal to get to the LAtam desk and back doing 1 hour and a half of TSA security check..."

Pros: "The boarding was easy. There was a bar lounge in the airport next to the boarding gate. The staff was not rude. I did not get kicked out of the plane in a choke hold, because it was overbooked."
Cons: "The plane seemed a bit tired. The controls in my flight entertainment did not work because the buttons were worn down. The seat head rest didn't not fold to the side for sleep support. There was no first class seating areas in the plane."

I felt this waa very rude. Not to mention the flight was already an hour late. That issue just further irritated the situation."

Cons: "I don't know if this was an error on Kayak's part but since they were the ticketing agent, I suspect so... I booked a full fair, business class ticket for international flight, and I can tell you, Jet Blue had no business in this itinerary!!!! I completely understand the value of Jet Blue as a cost conscious airline, but on the flights I was on, they only had ONE CLASS OF TICKET! They may tell you differently, but after being on international flights for over 10 hours, I was stuck in a middle seat! And it took me a lot of talking to even get them to admit i deserved anything other than the last row in the plane."

Cons: "The flight was delayed which was going to make me late for my next two connecting flights. They sent me on an airline that had me show up at my destination 36 hours later. Wasted money on my hotel room and activities I had paid for for the first day. Even though I had spoken extensively to the lady helping me about my luggage, it took my bag 5 days to get to me. So instead of enjoying my vacation I was having to spend time in the mall in a foreign country trying to find clothes for each occasion. It also cost a lot of money to repurchase all of these items. I will never support this airline again."

Cons: "Airport problems, JFK is the worst airport I ever transfer at. Lack of signage for transfer passengers, it made me so confused for not knowing where should I go for my connecting flight. Long walk in between terminals even taking AirTrain. JetBlue problems, ground staff are not helpful at all. No separate line for transferring guest, long line for everything. Got separate seats at check in counter, but realized the flight is not full and my husband and I both had nobody sit next to us, really don't know why they assigned separate seats for us."

Pros: "You see there was a terrible storm that closed the EIS Beef Island Airport. But because I booked through ya'll I was totally screwed. The individual Airlines are not permitted to rebook my ticket because you are a third party carrier. and You would not rebook because the airline could not change the flight status on the first plane from Mayaguez to San Juan - that flight was not cancelled due to the closure but because I would be stuck in San Juan for possibly 2 days with no money and no where to sleep, well you get the point. So InterCaribbean and Cape Air came to the rescue and after a 4-5 hour ordeal and having to travel to Mayaguez airport I am now rebooked."

Pros: "I love the small planes and the overall friendliness of the pilot and the other employees - reservationists, ground crew, and others in the terminal. Once I landed in Nantucket, I had a 1 1/2 hour layover to Hyannis. When I went to check in with the reservationist, she asked if I wanted to get to Hyannis faster or if I had business on the island. I said I would like to get to Hyannis as quickly as I could, so she put me on the next flight which left within 15 minutes. After a long flight from LA to Boston, then to Nantucket, and then to Hyannis, it was nice to get home earlier than expected. I live on the Cape, and I love that I can fly into Hyannis. Then I only have a 25 minute ride home."

Cons: "Landing crew in Boston was rude, bossy, and repetitively sciolding, just because I touched the door of the plane. No instructions nor to or warnings were posted, but he kept harassing me and the other passengers.about "our safety"."

Cons: "My flight from Rutland to Boston was unexpectedly cancelled with very little notice. I could not reschedule my trip because I needed to catch a separate flight from Boston. My alternative was to drive there and stay the night in a hotel, which was expensive and frustrating. I will be calling for a refund."

Pros: "It is always a pleasure to fly with Cape Air. The staff especially in Owls Head are phenomenally nice and helpful."

Cons: "My checked suitcase weighing <30lbs. was not put on the plane because of a weight constraint (combined weight of passengers and their luggage). I collected my suitcase from the airport the next day. Of course, airplane safety is a must, but I saw others dealing with their luggage also having been "bumped". Traveling this way is unreliable and, for me, less than satisfactory."

Cons: "The lady behind me kept showing my seat around and pulling on my hair. Apparently she didn't have enough room or something because it lasted the whole 45 minutes. We hit some turbulence which was pretty rough but not terrible. would have been nice to have arm rests. Also boarding and take off was late and which made me late to my appointments."

There is no bathroom, food or entertainment available and all of your bags go into cargo. I was the only passenger so it felt like a chartered trip. Arrived about 5 minutes early."

One week before our departure Cape Air cancels the tickets. No explanation, no rebooking, just a "I'm sorry, too bad, go find something else," we ended up paying full fares through United for another $1000. So much for our affordable weekend getaway. Thanks Cape Air."

Pros: "It was my first solo flight, as well as first flight in a small plane. Quick, easy check in and boarding in Mayaguez, PR. In San Juan, exiting and meeting family was not easy, due to terminal design. Overall, great experience."
