Everyone was extremely friendly and nice, from the front desk to the cabin crew!

I like that we landed safely and that my dog was safe underneath as well. Outside of that, we were 45 mins late for a direct flight that is 1.5 hours long. And 2 of my 3 bags did not make the flight. Only my dog was onboard.

The pricing was split into an ultra basic fare with a comfort seat upgrade. This is misleading. Never were we shown an ultra basic fare. What this did because the fare category was ultra basic we could not bid on an upgrade first class seat. All e mails from WestJet were for ultra basic category with my wife and I upset as we could not confirm this with anyone from your firm. The check in counter were not going to allow our carry on but after some checking saw we had ultra basic and a comfort seat upgrade. They could not figure out how this was done. Now we have to go through this again at the gate in Mexico. Unless I missed it - please let customers know the billing in future. Respectfully. Gary & Nancy Moughtin

I wasn’t checked in for the third leg of my flight, my bag was checked through to Dublin but when I went to the gate in Toronto they said I wasn’t on the flight and had given my seat away. I had to wait 24 hours for another flight and instead on the one I had booked it was now 2 flights.

Our biggest complaint was a major schedule change that was not communicated to us in any way. Luckily the time change went later not earlier so we did not miss the flight. Our email addresses and phone numbers were on file but we received no email no text message no nothing. Short flight so not much to say.

The check in was quick but the counter person didn’t inform me that the flight was delayed. I was also not informed of the boarding gate. When the plane landed there was a mixup at the gate with the ramp crew which delayed the flight further. All in all the experience didn’t meet the standard I’ve come to expect from WestJet

It was very, very cold extremely uncomfortable almost unbearable I was sitting at the front of the cabin

Was the longest flight I have ever taken to Orlando. Not Westjet’s fault necessarily. There was a traffic issue in Orlando. We sat in the airplane for about 2 hrs before leaving Calgary on a 5 hour flight was just a little long to be stuck in the plane. Once we arrived in Orlando we were stuck in traffic on the ground for another 30min. I guess maybe the flight could be delayed so boarding would have been later so we wouldn’t have to have the discomfort of being on the plane so long.

No real issues just wasnt able to hear / understand any announcements flight attendant was making but everything else was really good- ended up checking my carry on case for free which made deboarding quicker. I would fly West Jet for all my flights.

Seats were comfortable and leg room was good. Slight delay for boarding but nothing too bad. Would fly with them again.
