Pros: There is a dispute going on about who cleans the planes and so the crew won’t help thereby placing the customer in the middle of the dispute. 45 minutes late because of this nonsense.

Cons: Someone clean the damn plane and get the PAYING customers on their way.

Cons: Offer free beverages, and snacks. Enlarge trays. Mandatory customer care classes for your staff.

Cons: Everything. We were incredibly delayed which happens but none of the staff knew what was happening. Different passengers were told different things and when we tried to ask questions they were far from helpful. It was not a good experience at all.

Pros: I called to change my flight to an earlier time due to flooding in PA. The lady who helped me did an equal exchange for my ticket and waved the $200 fee. I was extremely pleased and appreciative. Also, excellent movie choices and food options. I will definitely continue flying with United.

Cons: No free entertainment despite having a screen at each cramped seat. No nuts, pretzels or anything else offered with the beverage. Only food available was being sold. Had to pay for each checked bag. Website is one of the least user friendly of any of the airlines.

Pros: This new ticket where you have basic economy and pay for everything is ridiculous. You can't take a high end airlines and make it a basic economy people don't like that. Is this the worse version of Spirit airlines?

Cons: Just feels Cheap. Baggage claim took forever

Pros: Jet Blue just seems to go the extra mile. Everything seems just a click nicer than American and United.

Cons: Nothing in particular. The crew made it as pleasant an experience as possible.

Cons: Entertainment System wasn’t working properly. Movies were down as were many of the channels. Although a disappointment, JetBlue is still amazing!

Pros: Attendants were friendly and customer service focused the entire flight. Good leg room for a 6 foot one inch male.

Cons: It was the most uncomfortable plane ever, had to pay $50 to bring a carry on, and the first flight was so late I almost missed my connection.

Cons: Spirit airlines charges extra for practically everything. Almost comical. Example: My seat back tray was a tiny postage stamp, compared to the normal tray tables for most other rows. Why? Because I declined to pay extra for the privilege of an assigned seat. Oh, and the flight was 3 hours delayed.

Cons: I really like more legs room and comfort and crew member were very good and helpful. Regarding food I say it’s just ok.

The check in closed 45 min before the flight and I got to the airport 35 min before the flight because my first flight at LGA was cancelled and I had to spend $250 to uber yo EWR. They charged me $200 and only refunded me vouchers

Cons: The wait time it took to get to a specialist to answer my call for my service animal to board my flight The specialist was very helpful and very good to me though

Cons: They could upgrade like some of the other airlines and add entertainment of some kind to the flights

Cons: I was not expecting to la d at the south terminal. I am glad I didn’t have to connect to another flight as it took over 40 mins to get my luggage and take the shuttle to the main terminal. Otherwise the flight was fine

Cons: Plane was 45 minutes behind schedule, boarding, take off and arrival. Has to walk miles from gate to ground transportation at midnight when airport seemed dead.

Pros: The patient staff kept the Newark to Boston crowd sane as the 47 minute flight turned into 5 1/2 hour saga.

Cons: Weather and forgetfulness turned our hopper flight into a 5.5 hour saga. Even though weather was the main cause for the initial delay, the plane then had to be refueled while the passengers sat on the plane, the passenger Act was used not one (but almost twice) and then air traffic control wouldn't organize the retake- off in a timely manner.

Cons: Customer service by Frontier at Trenton was horrendous. I never got a text or call or email about the delay. Wasted 5 hours of my day and took aaay one of the two nights my fiancé and I had to see it.

Cons: My flight out of Seattle was delayed because of storms in NYC. Thus, when I did get there the LATAM flight to Lima had left. I had to purchase another ticket from Avianca since there was NO oNE at the LATAM desks. I,d like my money back.

Cons: - Tiny bag of pretzels seems cheap for a $600+ ticket. - HATE, HATE, HATE the charges for the first and second checked baggages!! I stopped using UA over 7 years ago because of these charges that came when gas prices were high and never went away. Always use Southwest whenever possible. Cheaper!

This practise delays boarding, delays disembarkation, makes the aircraft top heavy in takeoff and landing and creates 'pop open and drop' type accidents. Nothing larger than a purse should be allowed as hand carry.
