Did not dislike anything on this trip.

Missed flight in DFW. All other flights full. Had to reroute thru Miami

Rescheduled 1 and a half hours later without telling us. Tough to do when you have already been traveling for 14 hours.

Flight was on time for departing and arriving into Munich.

Boarding is way too slow, and always seems to be so confusing. There were a couple of crying babies on the flight that make sleeping a lot harder. A German flight should have at least one German bier for their customers. Gate agents moved my wife and I into a row with another customer and gave our seats to single person-which makes no sense to me, so he had two open seats around him, and we were in a full row. B.S.

The team in the airport seemed unsure about how to handle situations including checking people in, using the new TSA pre- check line, & resetting is he security equipment.

Extraordinary efforts to accommodate bags in the overhead bin.

I was seated next to a very large woman who came over the arm rest onto my seat.

Again, we had heard stories of kids being separated from adults, but all family was together. Many entertainment options and friendly staff. Also, when I asked at gate, the attendant allowed our family with 3 kids ages 5, 7, 9 to board with one of the earlier groups. That helped a lot as it took the kids a little longer to get all set and we were not hurried.

Plane was cold, seats old and uncomfortable

How can a plane be this cold?? I travel all the time, but I have never experienced this. It seemed like there was a general temp control - apart from the air vents. I had on a sweatshirt and by the end of the flight was sitting on my hands! Couple that with the “I don’t care” attitude of the flight crew, and I was counting the minutes to landing. Definitely not the AA that I’ve given my business to.

Waiting in aircraft for 1hr 15 minutes before we taxied down n left. Late getting to my connect flight they promised to have a wheelchair waiting for me n it never came. I was lucky to make my connection..

This Delta flight did not have seat back screens to watch in flight entertainment. You needed to use your smartphone or tablet keeping in mind Amazon tablets won’t work. You needed to go to delta website and choose what want to watch the you needed to have Gogo Flight entertainment app already on smartphone and then would work. Not easy even for me a vivid user of tablets and smartphones. The seats had miniumal room available between seats it felt like I am on 5’qq so couldn’t imagine anyone taller that comfortable unless get first class. I even upgraded for “comfort” section which gave you a few inches extra. And wdith of chair me being a 36 waist was a little squeezed in. Crew was very good tho I will say that. But I laways fly JetBlue or Virgin America, or Alaskan Air for reason of more comfort and lower prices ticket but this time on flight close to my destination was Delta which I Flew for free, I would much rather buy ticket on the three others I fly if could have.

United once again shows it’s disdain for customer service and any sort of quality in their product. I don’t think I’ve had flight attendants who were less caring of providing anything more than what David Spade and Chris Farley provided in Black Sheep - “show em an instructional video and throw a bag of peanuts at em and we’ll be there in no time”. United is quickly becoming the - even more so underwhelming - Greyhound of the skies

The flights were all on time or early. Great flight staff. The staff at JAN stayed early to help with a checked bag problem.

Flight was on time. Flight attendants were extremely pleasant. Food was pretty good and not too plentiful. Nice way to come back to USA after three weeks abroad.

Very pleased ! Would have liked a better price, but it was a short notice.

Newer equipment, plane was larger than usual for this flight path.

American Airlines changed "equipment" during our first flight, so that when we got to the gate our seat assignments had been annulled. My wife and I were seated together, which we paid a high price to achieve, but American disregarded this to assign our seats randomly. Only after the entire plane had boarded did their gate agents reassign our seats. Based on my unfavorable experience, American Airlines does not value their customers.

It was a satisfying experience with United Airline from ABE shuttle bus ride (I said Shuttle) to EWR, and short plane ride to PBI. Excellent food selections at terminal C.

Too bad the DD at the terminal didn’t accept ordering via DD App.

Was unclear which zone was boarding. Legroom was comprised when passenger in immediate row ahead reclined seat early in flight.

Crew was amazing , one patient was getting sick while flight and always to flight stewards where always outside bathroom to help her. And crew was still able to service whole plane of 200 passengers.

My screen seat miniature work but headphone jack was messed up tried two cords and not working so could see movie could not hear so for 5hrs that’s what I did which made me focus more on comfort. Plane interior was or looked brand new.
