    Car was not waiting for me!
    Pros: I liked that I got the price & size of car I requested.
    Cons: Since I was 14 minutes early my car was not available, I was told to come back in 30 minutes. I told the agent I was only 15 minutes earlier then I requested. I still had to wait until my car became available. I was not instructed also on how their system works regarding damages that are already done to the car. I also was given a car that was keyless, & I was clueless on how to operate the car. My car was also very dirty on the exterior, with bird poop all over the entire car!

    Cons: Was told wrangler had all power options...incorrectly. Manual windows...very dangerous at airports no being able to roll windows down to talk to parking officials. No power locks...had to manually lock and unlock all doors one at a the rain! Tires were shot, very very noisy and poor tread. Vehicle had 33,000 miles and was very abused...5-10 medium dents, floor boards were soaking wet. Suspension was very lose and sloppy when going over bumpy sections of highway, felt unsafe. Seat cushion worn out, like sitting In a chair with giant hole in bottom. No power mirrors, very dangerous when unable to adjust passenger side mirror. Never imagined a rental car would not have power windows/locks/Mirrors. Completely unsafe and unacceptable, for a rental vehicle

    Pros: Did get an SUV as we had requested/reserved. Price for SUV was better than other company prices at this location.
    Cons: 1) Called to assure that we would receive an SUV, necessary because of my spouse's wheelchair; still could not guarantee SUV availability. 2) Asked check-in person for a receipt; he said "e-mail", turned, and walked away 3) Left "disability parking placard" in car. Realized mistake before I reached terminal and returned to rental return area. Individuals were unable/unwilling to help me find or retrieve the placard, even though only 10 minutes had passed. 4) STILL have NOT RECEIVED e-mail receipt (7 days later!!!) Would NEVER use again, regardless of price!!!!!
