    Shady outfit
Cons: We waited for almost an hour for the shuttle. After the first thirty minute wait, I called to enquier on the status. I was yelled at and hung up on by Charles the agent at this joke of a rental car agency. When the shuttle finally did arrive, the driver was appologetic, however the rickety van then proceeded to take us on a dark back street tour of Honolulu's seediest neighborhood. The rental agency is a dimly lit used car lot with a trailer for an office. By family didn't even feel safe leaving the van. We asked to be returned to the airport.

Pros: That they had a mini van available
Cons: we rented two minivans once we arrived they Weren't clean it took a long time to check put. The drive there was hot and smelly. Once we returned the vans we took a shuttle to the airport which was too crowded. Once we got to the airport The driver got upset because we weren't taking out money for tip. He started to mumble words that indicated that we were cheap. I was so busy getting my things and my two year old and when I heard him say that it made me even more upset. I hated this rental company. Wouldn't rent anything from them again!!!!!!

    Rent from somewhere else...
Cons: This place is a used car lot that also rents cars. When I saw 'Economy Rent a Car' I thought it was the legit company you see ads for, but this place is actually 'A1 Economy Rent a Car' or something like that. I think they're banking on the fact that their name is similar so people think it's the car company we're expecting. The car was dirty and obviously no care was given to clean the inside either. There were still wrappers in the console from the last person and you could see that nothing had been wiped down. I would rather have spent my money with a good car rental company. It was disappointing. Rent from somewhere else. The car looked and felt old and used.
