Pros:Friendly service at the ick-up location; VERY pleased that when I called the 1-800 number to modify my reservation, I actually talked to a real person in under 5 minutes. Overall, Alamo has provided the best rental service that I have experienced in a long time. Will definitely use them again.Cons:The Kansas City location required additional photo IDs (fraud prevention). This didn't affect me, but others may need to be aware of the requirement (which was not advertised in advance).Reviewed Jan 25 2021

Cons:Alamo was closed when we arrived in Kansas City. The rental car company to the right next counter over had to handle the paperwork. I had already booked and paid online for an easy pick up. They made us jump through hoops while my 90 year old parents had to wait for us.Reviewed Oct 14 2020

Pros:Everything!! The car was clean, customer service was very clear and nice to work with during the process.Cons:Me having a mobile app to track my reservation better.
