I reserved an Economy car, I got an SUV, I paid over $26 more in fuel than I wanted. If they can't provide the car reserved they should not advertise they have one so I could have moved onto another company. Pros:The counter was closed prior to the scheduled closing time. We were unable to pick up our rental under this reservation and had to check nearby counters that were still open to try to find an available rental. The entire fiasco ended up costing us more than double the original reservation. How will we receive compensation for the unacceptable incompetence?Cons:You could have remained open until your scheduled closing time or at least until our scheduled pickup. We called ahead once the plane was on the ground and no one ever picked up despite it being 15 minutes prior to our reservation.Reviewed May 11 2021
