Cons:We immediately returned the car seat we had rented and went to Target snd bought one. Yours was not safe snd unacceptably flimsy. If you’re going to rent them, get a really good one
Pros:The staff at Alamo were all friendly and helpful. Also pretty great value at <$300 8 days (holiday week too).
Cons:Had mechanical issues beyond my control and was told it would cost me $50 to have someone assist us. We were stranded in the hotel and had to make other accommodations to make our reservation on our last night in Maui. Car proceeded to act up and not want to start, ended up limpinge car in and when dropped it off the car didn't start for the attendant. Told him the story and needless to say I'm finished with alamo car rental services.

Pros:The vehicle was clean and in good condition. The customer service was very good to great both at pick up and especially at drop off. The shuttle driver Ellis was great - he was our driver upon arrival and drop off.
Pros:I love renting with Alamo, because they are transparent, always are very customer focused, and the experience is always hassle free.
