Pros:My trip to Maui was stopped because other car rental companies weren't able to rent to me because I didn't have a credit card. Enterprise was the only one my party could find that would accept debit cards. Gladly we hopped on to Kayak and booked a car. Very reasonable rates for a compact car; Nissan versa 2016. Our shuttle driver funny and quick, our agent Tiaré who was friendly and helpful, and even Annie who brought us to our car who was very thorough with her inspection with us and very friendly. At the end of our trip returning the car with ease and a funny and friendly shuttle driver back to the airport. We will use them again and tell everyone we know about our phenomenal experience!

Pros:How easy was to get the car
Cons:The car was not in great running order, it made a really bad noise after the car reached 40 mph. I made that observation to the teller, after I returned the car, however I don't think she was paying too much attention since she did not write my complain. thanks
