They called the day of the arrival and told me the car was no longer available...our uber driver said that we weren’t the first of his riders that had the same issue.Cons:

Pros:
No, Store was supposed to open at 7:30 AM but it was probably 735 before the door opened. Only one person working lots of people needing help. We were trying to catch a flight and the gentleman working was rude the other is why I was waiting.Cons:

Staff at Glendale office was not good ... specifically the black female working there. Very rude and had attitude the whole time. Luckily we got someone much better to help us out. She was a b.8.0 Very good

pick up was weird and drop off was a little slow... otherwise ok... I don't like the add on pricing... (this is the nature of capitalism, but it stinks to have a rate, and say... oh...there's other fees for things you might have expected to be standard...) like a roadside service... not only will I never pay extra...i will bill you for lost time...bc I bought a car hoping to do it's job to get me around until I return it... if I wanted a junky car... i could've used my old, junky car!Hertz

Pros:
The people at the drop off were wonderful. Pick up, not so much and I don’t understand why the gas was not full, especially knowing that the car was out having the oil checked. It was very inconvenient for me as I was driving up to Sedona & Flagstaff. Also, the surprise was a pick up TRUCK??? I rent cars NOT TRUCKS!!! What was that??? I had to wait for a car!Cons:

The Avis was easy to find. The people were friendly and helpful. I received the car of my choice and was greatly pleased with the service!Cons:
If I had come back with less than a full tank Id have had to pay nearly ten dollars a gallon. I understand the need to do this but I think it would have been helpful to have a suggested gas station given at the time of pick up as I did not have a clue where to go and found one nearest as I could on the way. It was a bit stressful considering the city we were in has a strange way of making left hand turn lanes.4.0 Mediocre
