Pros: Antiwone Cobb was really helpful and discounted our rental. We would definitely rent from hertz again, just based off of our positive interaction with Antiwone!
Cons: Antiwone had to lock the doors to the store and go get our rental after we waited well over our pickup time. It seemed very inconvenient for Antiwone considering he was the only employee at the time. I'm not sure if this is a common thing for hertz or not.

A Couple of issues
Pros: I had almost arrived at my destination and the AC stopped working. Since I was in AZ and the temperature was over 100, this was a problem. I called in and arranged for an exchange.
Cons: When I drove back to exchange my rental, no one seemed to know about it. I eventually got the replacement though it smelled as if someone had smoked in it. When I returned the car, I asked where to go and they sent me upstairs. When I went up there, they wondered why I had been sent there. Employees were reluctant to note multiple places with cosmetic damage that I pointed out when picking up.

Good service, great deal
Pros: Good, efficient service. What you see is what you get - no hidden or outrageous charges.
Cons: The car exterior could have been cleaner on delivery. Fuel should be full, not at 2/8.

Terrible Service and No Information Given
Cons: I didnt like the fact that I was NOT informed I would have to pass a credit check in order to rent a car through Hertz. They were not able to rent me a car so I was stuck for days in a different state until my Step dad was able to rent me a car through Enterprise, who was more than willing to work with us for the funeral I was attending. I will not ever go through this company again and also, I was NOT informed they do NOT accept debit cards. This should be clearly stated before being charged like I was. I was charged for a rental car that I could not rent and they would not give me a refund. I ended up disputing this with my bank and waiting 7 business days to get put back on my card. Not a good experience or customer service to say the least and I will be telling all my friends and family about this and to never rent through this rental car company.
