Booked a rental and when the day came to pick it up I got an email 2 hours before pickup letting me know they didn’t have anything available. Why was I allowed to book if nothing was available?

Cons:

I will never use enterprise again. They have closed many of their locations, so the one I rented from was closed. I then had to drive thirty minutes to a new location. And then pay a fee to pick up from the city I initially rented from. Terrible customer service. Plus they are only open 7-7 so if you need help after that, you are out of luck. Will never use again.

Horrible experience.

Cons:

I had a car booked for a time that they were closed. I arrived to pick up and the office was closed. I called enterprise for help and was told there was nothing they could do. I’m never booking a car here again and told several people about this experience.

KAYAK
Did not get care because they changed the terms of pickup and wanted to downgrade to a smaller car. They do not take debit, which is the closest thing to cash. Wil not even call them. Staff is not courteous and act like you are a bother. Look elsewhere, everyone else is just as affordable.

Customer service at location was poor. And it’s taken over a week and a half and I haven’t received my deposit back yet, and I haven’t been notified of any issues with the vehicle.
