10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was in town for a class for 4 days. I loved having a full kitchen as I Ubered to a grocery and purchased food to cook for the days I was in town. I felt very safe with the door lock systems and where it was located overall. I would recommend to any business traveler.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Spacious, nice breakfast buffet food.
Cons: Booking.com nightly rate was $164. However, at the hotel it was $199 for the 1st night. It was upsetting. Another $10 was charged as convenience fee for using credit card??? Who walks around with hard cash to pay hotels these days? On top of this, none of this info was published at booking.com site or the Residence Inn site. Trying to pull wool over the customer. Instead of $400 dollars I expected to spend for 2 nights, it came to over $500! For a 3 star hotel? Unacceptable. This is a pet friendly hotel and I paid $100 NON REFUNDABLE fee also. Yet we had to get complaints that my small dog was barking in MY room at 10.30 in the morning? I paid for this service. So you, the HOTEL should fix the room walls so they're sound proof! It's a dog, so it will bark now and then. And mt pet's stay was not free either. So I expect a hassle free stay as well unless you're planning to give my 100 dollar fee back?
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Pool and outside seating. Bed comfortable. Appliances were modern and clean. Bath and bedroom clean. Pleasant staff. Grounds were clean. Liked the store. Laundry but need change machine! Give. Room near elevator as requested. Close to airport!
Cons: The cabinets/ vanities were dated and dingy. There was dirt in the pullout couch. My key card had to rerun twice and didn’t work and the other card only worked after multiple tries especially when exiting pool or entering lobby from both sides. Having to exit the building to get to our building because not connected to lobby area. Difficult with elderly parent and thunderstorms. Didn’t get notification of no cot until I called that morning. We had to make a second reservation at that point.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It was all great.
Cons: Would have loved a fan in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice.

Pros: Everything
Cons: L like every thing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I really appreciated the friendly and knowledgable front desk staff. They were very professional and helpful throughout my stay. I loved they layout of my room and the pool(even though I couldn't enjoy it) looked amazing and the people in the pool looked like they were having tons of fun!
Cons: Can't say there was anything I didn't like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They hotel was beautiful, the staff was wonderful, pleasant, and friendly. I asked for a little something pink in the room for my granddaughter and they went out of their way a deliveried!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The style of rooms is perfect for our family. 2 TVs? Heaven.
Cons: The only complaint I have is that we are coffee drinkers and the pod style is not able to be bought in stores. So we didn't have enough.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Pleasantly
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, good price. Very clean and pretty property with a short walking trail. They have a good breakfast buffet (pastries, waffles, fruit, some hot dishes, coffee, tea, juice). Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: The sink was in an awkward location outside the bathroom. The light switch for the bathroom was outside with the sink, which was in the entryway. So if you turned off that light, the person in the shower would be in the dark (no switch in the bathroom to turn back on-have to come out of the bathroom to switch the light back on). If we stay here again would see if there are rooms with different set-up. The eggs (pre-made omelets in a chafing dish) included in the breakfast buffet looked good, but tasted awful.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: I did not like breakfast. The location is very small. the room is not comfortable
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good and very convenient. Although we did not use it the outside patio and pool area was very good for a family event.
6.0 Good
Pros: 2 bedroom suite worked well for father and daughter in town for a multi day swim meet (requiring afternoon rest by the swimmer). Mattress was fine.
Cons: Absolutely nothing plush about the space. Bedding was sad. The layer above the sheet (I can't call it a blanket) seemed like a thin mattress pad. It was soft. The coverlet had to be flammable. Both were only about as wide as the bed making it challenging for 2 people sharing the bed to have covers.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I really like the outside area ! Very nice to have a drink or chill at the swimming pool. The property is located in the wood so you have some shade. Very appreciable for hot summer days.
Cons: Breakfast was basic.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I really loved how clean everything was and how nice the staff was to me. The bed was also very comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom was more compact than i was expecting.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Breakfast. Friendly Staff. I had left my garment bag from the previous week and was surprised that it was waiting for me in my room's closet this week. Great Happy Hour Social during the week with complementary food and Wine/Beers.

Pros: Beds were clean and comfortable and a quiet hotel with undisturbed sleep. Breakfast was very good.

6.8 Good
Pros: The location.
Cons: The property was nice, however the breakfast was always out of something the coffee that was always out. We didn’t even get to eat breakfast because the hotel was sold out and there was not any food left. Had a horrible experience checking in, and checking out. And maybe they charged me twice and it took me three days to get my money back. Long story short on the way back I had no money could not eat for two days because they took all my money out of my checking account.

Cons: The only problem is that I could not get a handicap spot...I use a wheelchair and it was very difficult getting my scooter out of a smaller spot.

Pros: The property was great, getting a d location near everything!
Cons: the room had a smell to it like the chlorine from a swimming pool. I don’t know if that’s the cleaners they use.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good but fruit items were very meager; staff were very pleasant & helpful.
Cons: Firmer pillows as all pillows in all Hampton Inns are extremely soft. Their uncomfortable despite the mattresses being excellent. In this particular hotel, the decor, carpeting & some furnishings need serious updating.

6.3 Good
Pros: The staff — for the most part — were friendly. Also, the family we were visiting lived in town, so it was close.
Cons: We were quoted one price, then charged another...I had to call twice to have it rectified! Also, we were not impressed with the comfort of the beds, and the quilts smelled odd. I asked if they changed the quilt/comforter between guests, and she said no...I asked to have them changed, as that disturbed me.
7.0 Good
Pros: Very clean, friendly staff.
Cons: We didn't have any hot water in the shower the night before and the morning we left. We notified the staff at check out.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like how the area is secluded and has about 4 other hotels nearby but at the same time you aren’t too far from getting back on the highway. Plus the property is very nice, it’s very bright, has a hip feel to it while being contemporary and not too much. Also the staff was SUPER friendly, I don’t remember any hotel I’ve been at where everyone was that genuine. The room itself was very convenient and had several amenities, the Ed was enormous and comfortable. Being near the airport and with airplanes taking off actually didn’t bother me, my daughter loved that feature the most. Overall for the price and stay I would stay here again.
Cons: There was a sign in the parking lot that says something about users being aware of a risk....

Pros: Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
Cons: Needed more than 3 pillows on the bed. Don’t believe that the soap, shampoo, lotion bottles are sanitary.

Everything in the lobby area is so bright and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all. As always the young ladies are so friendly. Great customer service
Cons: Breakfast did not have anything I liked far as the cooked food

Pros: We loved staying here. It worked out really well for us. The suites were really reasonably priced. We were on a two week road trip with two kids, so it was great to take a break from sharing a room. We booked a suite with two bedrooms, which worked out great. The kids were SO happy to each have their own bed, and it was nice to have a separate living area to hang out with the friend we were visiting after the kids had already fallen asleep. Everyone was very nice. Rebecca, the chef, in particular was really lovely to talk to and very helpful. There was free breakfast and some nights had free dinner and drinks as well.

Pros: The closeness to the airport and having the shuttle. Actually for some reason The shuttle was unavailable so they got us a cab
Cons: When I checked in I told the front desk that I needed the 4;30am shuttle and no wake up call. He called my room at 11:30 at night asking me the same information I had already given him. He woke me up and then I could not fall back to sleep. The sheets in the closet for the sleeper couch had makeup on them and the ones the housekeepers brought us had hairs on them. After I left on the cab. My daughter who remained in the room for a few hours kept getting calls on the phone on the room and whoever was calling kept hanging up. So it was impossible for her to get any sleep. So needless to say both of our sleep was disrupted by the people st the front desk. I would hope for some kind of a refund due to the fact that we could t get any sleep.
