Pros: Clean location and friendly..... Gave me small discount for car smelling like smoke..
Cons: Truthfully should of been more of a discount.. I do not think I would recommend anyone to use Hertz. Locations very nice but it is all about the cars. Car smelled very bad of smoke and there where other peoples belongings left in car from before...

Pros: Absolutely Nothing, customer service was terrible.
Cons: Rental car broke down I had to find transportation to pick up another rental at my expense. Not only did I jot get another rental no one seemed to care if I was provided transportation or not. I will never rent a car from Hertz again

Wouldn't let me cancel the rental
Pros: Hertz wouldn't let me cancel my car reservation even though my trip was cancelled two weeks before going. Not the service I'm used to.
Cons: I had to cancel my trip but still got to pay for the rental car. Seems dishonest to me.
Pros: The enterprise location I paid for the car with couldn't pick me up, so they transferred it to a location that could pick me up, even though that location wasn't offering the price I paid. The car was new and pristine.
I needed to rent a car while shopping for another. I was able to buy a car after only one day of my three day rental. They took it back after one day and credited me for the other two. I was able to return it to another location next to that dealership. No questions asked. Everyone was very kind and friendly.
Cons: Limited weekend hours. I got lucky and the location I went to was open, but trying to get in touch with anyone on the weekend proved impossible.

Pros: The team at the enterprise location were great-friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The price I was quoted on the booking site (kayak) was less than half of the price I was quoted when I arrived at the Enterprise location, even though the booking was finally done on an Enterprise website. The manager said that even though I had a quote in writing it could not be honored because it was made through a 3rd party site (again, final booking was done through Enterprise and they did have my reservation). Todd, the manager, went on to explain that the site did not understand the taxes in North Carolina, so they were not correct in their final quote. This made no sense at all, but I had already made plans that could not be cancelled and had no choice but to accept the higher price. The manager offered an upgrade at $5.00 more per day, but still far more than I had planned to pay and had I known would have made other arrangements. I won't book through a 3rd party site such as Kayak again since, even though I had a written quote, was told it could not be honored. I wonder why Enterprise did not inform me of this beforehand?
