I was charged $43.28 more than the quoted amount AVIS/Budget without any explanation.The Quote was for $1160.25 and the final bills were for $327.92 and $875.61 for a total of $1203.58. They split it into two bills because their contract could not be for more than 30 days and the quoted period was from January 26, 2017 though March 7, 2017. The car was picked up on time and returned on time.Hertz

Because the car was washed before I received it, both the rental agent and I did not notice a major scratch on the trunk. I was accused of creating the scratch. Also, there was also visible damage to the windshield and the car no longer had a key remote opener. It seemed like I was knowingly given a car that was damaged to be charged for damage. Car smelled like a dog or something... also give me a car and when I started driving something on the undercarriage came loose and just was dragging while I had the car! I called and reported it to them. Was told it would be noted so I’m not charged and they didn’t note it. Once I returned the car they tried to keep my deposit because of there mistake!2.0 Poor
