Looking to rent a Chevy Tahoe or equivalent. Got a Kia Sorrento instead which is about as far away from a Tahoe as you can get. Poor ride, harsh transmission shifting going up hills with a noticable torque steer during the downshift. Not a very pleasant car to go on a trip with when you were expecting a a equivalent of a Tahoe10.0 Wonderful

Budget agent was very kind and friendly, something happened with her system, she was supposed to be blocked for that weekend due to construction, but ended up coming in and getting me a car which was well appreciated. She also apologized about the cleanliness of the car due to the office technically being closed.Cons:
Car was filthy, inside and out. (which the agent apologized for), also felt I was overcharged, kayak quoted me at $111 for the day and I was charged $125, was not in any mood to negotiate with the agent and I needed the car.6.0 Okay

Could not find Budget, located inside Sheraton Hotel Lobby with no signs outside saying it was there. Inside car windows could not have been cleaned in over 6 months to get as dirty as they were. Had to get car washed.6.0 Okay
