I had to wait over 30 minutes in line .There was 1 staff for priority and 1 for regular.Perhaps they could have more staff for regular checking in.The outside staff was very kind and helpful.My only complaint is long wait in line.Reviewed Apr 24 2026

My rental agreement at sign up said, “A Kia Soul or Similar.” When I arrived at Avis, they compelled me to take an EV or be up charged for a gasoline vehicle. This proved difficult since I was taking a long trip to Charlotte, NC from Savannah, GA. I was three hours late to my class because I could not find a suitable charging station. Keeping the charge on the vehicle proved a challenge to say the least. They didn’t even provide a power cord for charging at home.Reviewed Mar 24 2026
