Pros: Daily breakfast was excellent. Social hour (5:30-7:30 M-W) was a huge bonus with hot food, salad, beverages and fresh baked cookies. Rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was ideal. Inner Harbor, Fells Point, Federal Hill, Science Center, Aquarium, Children's Museum, baseball stadium, convention center, light rail to airport were all within walking distance.

Pros: This was one of the nicest places! It was gorgeous inside! It was the old Baltimore Chamber of commerce building. The breakfast was fabulous. The rooms were big and clean with a kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. We were in short walking distance to the harbor! I would absolutely stay here every time I go to Baltimore.

Nevertheless, the kindness of the front desk clerk and his understanding for my needs and his eagerness to fulfill them made my stay a memorable experience. Both types of rooms (standard and suite) are big with comfortable beds and pillows. In addition, the lady preparing the breakfast was very efficient and attentive. Cons: The plastic cutlery and paper plates and cups. So much waste and garbage are generated by a single visitor. Also the colors and dark carpet of the room gave it an old look; a renovation with light airy colors will make an already nice large room exquisite.

Also, no microwave in the room. I didn’t mind eating at the Diamond Tavern across the street, but it would have been nice to be able to heat up the leftovers. Fix that parking rate for hotel patrons and you’ve got a deal, then.

Cons: Upon arrival I was greeted immediately that made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Then I was assigned a room, then when I went to my room I noticed that my view from my window was of the air conditioners, so I called the front desk for another room with a better view from my room please. The staff immediately changed my room for a view that was amazing. It was so nice that I felt compelled to call back to thank the lady at the front desk. It may not be a big deal to most people but I appreciated her. I had long trip, and that gesture was everything to me. Enough for me to write all of this. Have a great day.

Cons: I’m an airline employee and as I was asking about my an employee discount the agent seems very upset that I asked. Also I wasn’t told that I had to pay for parking which wasn’t on the website. Again when I booked the hotel it showed that there was a pool. When I went to check in and asked about the pool. I was advised that there was none available. Why put amenities on the website and when we arrived there it was not available. False advertisement.

Cons: The breakfast options could have been better, there was no bacon and everyone loves bacon. There was no variety just basic options... and the waffle maker burned everyone's waffle. The equipment was not working properly to get our room key on time, so we ended up having to get the receptionist to walk us up stairs, and get our key once we came in later that night...

Cons: No hand soap, fugi tub pressure almost non existent until a cap came off and water squirted out, mattress was lumpy as heck with indentations on right side,air conditioner stopped working in middle of night went up to 80 had set on 72, could see old pee stains on carpet from other pets,called down to get luggage cart 30 minutes later after going to front desk telling about issues with room and he said nothing went to walk dog cart guy still didn't go to room with cart I asked if I could borrow it he said for room1009 I said yes then he said other guys not there yet I'll go. Mind you he was talking to someone with foot on cart just laughing and chatting. I never saw anyone else help with luggage. Then text message said someone would contact me and still nothing days later.

They don’t disclose the offsite parking rate of $35.00 until a homeless looking attendant takes your keys. I’m not sure they had a license! I would never stay here again.

This is a venue very close to the downtown city and the public means of transportation that connect with the BWI. The stuff were always happy to help with anything. Special credits to Mrs S. Cons: The staff behind the front desk and at the Bell Captain stand out front were not particularly well informed or helpful. We were sent off in "taxis" that were nasty old vans that sounded as if they were falling apart a couple of times. Neither one of those taxis used a meter. Our room had just the desk chair, so lounging in the room meant on the bed trying to arrange pillows for comfort-which did not work well.

Cons: The noise from the streets; yes it's in the city but soundproofing does work wonders. Unfortunately, their are a lot of homeless people on the street begging and the homeless kids run up to your car windows to clean them without asking. The city should work on these issues.

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that I paid for a 2 bed suite 2 months prior to coming down to be told that someone else is staying there because they chose to stay another night. Then put me in a 1 room 2 bed . They put me in a 1 bed suite but still didn’t make up for the headache it caused. I’m sorry but I will not stay there again, nor will I recommend them. Not right to give a room away when it’s already been paid for absolutely in professional and rude.

Cons: The room was not clean: streaks on mirror, desktop was dirty, curtain & lampshade had large blotches of makeup residue, shower floor had mildew, toilet had rust ring and bathroom glass shelves were grimy. Same issue after room was changed.

Cons: We are very unhappy with services provided during our stay. We originally book two rooms but we were given only one (a double bed with a sofa bed). Not enough supplies were provided and we had to ask for a blankets several times. The bathroom was very small and with some appliances broken. In addition, no housekeeping was done during our stay. We consider the price we pay overpriced for all services (= none) provided.

Cons: For a hotel size such as this, there needs to be operating elevators. For 2 days there were 2 elevators operating a 25+ floor hotel leading to massive delays in being able to come and go. With respect to the breakfast, there was no sense of urgency to ensure eating ware , plates , clearance of tables were kept up, especially during the high volume times.

Cons: The staff was great especially giving us extra towels and I forgot my toothbrush which they gave me one w toothpaste. The only 2 things we did not like was we weren't told about the deposit and that it would take up to 3 days to get back, and the room was on cold and wouldn't let us put on the heat. But everything from the complementary breakfast to getting Starbucks drinks was wonderful. They got us a taxi the whole 2 days we were their. We made sure to help out housekeeping w the room & left them a tip for the clean room. We will stay again when we are in town again. Highly recommend this hotel. We had a great view on the top floor 3702. The king size bed & feathered pillows were extremely comfortable! My husband loved the coffee maker and condiments. Very happy.

Cons: When we checked in, I was told that the roomed we booked was not available in that hotel. We got a room key to a different suite. We got to the 31st floor and the key did not work. We had to go back down to the desk and they gave us another room altogether. When we got in the were no spare sheets of blankets for the pull out couch. We tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room did not work. So back down 32 floors to the front desk again. I also noticed that there was no complimentary coffee in the room. There was a keurig and pods but that was an upcharge from the already overpriced stay.We stay at Embassy Suites all of the US and this was by far the absolute worst we have ever been to. We got down to breakfast at 9:15 and the staff seemed overwhelmed. There were no dishes, silverware, eggs, salsa, or danish. They did have waffles, & greasy sausage floating in oil. The floors were excessively dirty especially on the main floor by the elevators. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Cons: THEY RENTED OUT OUR ROOM!!! Front desk staff claimed their phone hasnt been working to two days so they couldn't call booking.com to tell them all rooms were filled. Reservation was made well in advance only to be turned away at midnight! This was very likely a scam as they had one(?) room available at the neighboring property, which is owned by the same person. I looked up reviews when I was offered the accomodation only to read there is a hidden fee for $150+ after another guest was placed there by the Envy. This screams scam!! Do not continue allowing users to book at this hotel. Staff is useless at best and scam artists at worst.

Pros: The location was ok, even though it wasn’t where I expected
Cons: The first day of my check in the hotel didn’t have hot water. The rooms were not the cleanest and some of the amenities weren’t in the room. The lamps were broken, coffee pot set wasn’t complete. The breakfast was no scheduled time and some days I missed it due to the fact that it was put up early.

Pros: The location is not as described in the pictures. AC wasn’t working. No fridge in the room we had to request one to be removed from another empty room. Everything was just off.

Pros: Location was near to my convention
Cons: Didn’t like the breakfast , nothing was available. Hair dryer was not working and water taps were loose.

Pros: It was within walking distance to the Inner Harbor
Cons: You can tell that they put some money into it some years ago to Spruce it up oh, but it has since gotten dirty and dingy and not maintained. The front desk was sometimes empty. The breakfast was very the basic and questionable due to the dirtiness.

Pros: There was nothing to enjoy about this hotel. Well the bed was comfortable. And we were able to get the air to make the room cooler after being in the room for an hour.
Cons: As you can see from the pictures: there were dirty towels, the curtains were very dirty and looks like it needs to be soaked in bleach. The morning staff was very rude and disrespectful, she was not professional at all.

Pros: Good things around it
Cons: No parking, not good quality in the facility and non attentive staff, no WiFi and barley any channels on the TV

Pros: Nothing at all.
Cons: The service at check in was horrible my room was not ready.Man at the front desk had to go and check to make sure everything was ok. So I checked in went up to my room opened the door to the worse place ever. My fiancé was so upset. There where holes in the bathroom wall, the curtain was torn so it didn’t not cover the window nor was there any blinds. See the bed and it’s a queen, I requested a king. No toilet paper it was a used roll in there though. Worse Hotel stay ever and I’ve been to numerous in different states/cities.
