Cons: My particular flight was five hours late, which happens sometime, but it was difficult to follow what was going on.

Cons: Very bad experience with process leading to boarding. Air France knew nothing about my connecting flight even though it was labeled “Air France”. There was no info on any airline site about my connecting flight either. Lost so much time at airports! Not sure if it was Air France or Bellavia’s issue.

Very old plane

Pros: We have successfully landed

Cons: The plane we flew from Tbilisi to Minsk was old, noisy while landing, not very clean, the crew was not very attentive during this flight.

Pros: This plane was very old. Bad seats. Only cold drinks served

Pros: I loved the tea with lemon that was offered. Very tasty!

Cons: The flight was late but there was no communication about this when boarding. No announcements of any sort. The plane was old (clearly a refurbished old Italian plane), poorly pressurised (painful on the ear popping), and pretty bumpy on the takeoff and landing

Pros: Good job of personnel (at least, they looked /pretended to be enthusiastic and customer-oriented)

Cons: Complete ignorance by staff/personnel of Ataturk airport what is/where is Belavia and WHERE would be the registration. Actually, I have a picture confirming this my statenent, but you quite wisely did mot provide any way to submit this picture. Bravo! :)

Cons: No entertainment for a 3-hour flight, looks like Belavia stuck in 20th century, disappointed. Sandwiches are not good and not enough for a long flight.

Cons: Bad weather in Minsk delayed flight more than 7 Hours and Belavia staff did not communicate the reasons for delays to passengers for more than 3 hours into delay. In the end, the purpose of my trip was lost due to the incredible delay and I did not travel in the end. Poor Communication and Poor Handling of Passengers and our Concerns. Czech Air (booking owner) should hold Belavia (operating aircraft) accountable for this poor performance ... not the weather delay, but how they handled (or didn’t handle) passengers and communications.

Great price - old planes and comfort

Pros: The prices are fine for Belarus - still not at a Ryanair level tho but better

Cons: I didn't like the fact that the seating is extremely short (no legspace) forcing me to sit sideways. Really not comfortable. There is of course absolutely no entertainment in the plane.

Cons: long long line to check in - just one slow counter ... we spent one hour in line, that is not as we excepted

Pros: What is not to like? Flight from Almaty-Minsk was delayed (no explanation) , so we could no longer fly from Minsk to Paris, and the end we waited 9 hours for a completely different airline to fly us. So instead of landing in Paris at 10:25 in a morning, we landed at 18:00 so we lost practically whole day in Paris, for what we are very grateful! (Will never choose this airline again).
