The basement apartment, integrated in a typical Wilhelminian style mansion, is situated in Berlin’s green district of Dahlem (Steglitz-Zehlendorf) near Am Wilden Eber. It has large patio windows, which let in a lot of light. It offers sleeping accommodation for 2-4 persons (1 double bed and 1 high-quality Ligne Roset sofa-bed ). A fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom (with shower) allow independent accommodation. Linen, Towels, hairdryer and iron are avaible. Nice patio with view in the garden, SAT-TV, WiFi included. Free parking in front of the house. Situation: Very quiet location, ideally located between forest and sea area and downtown in 10 'to 20' reach. The Free University, the Botanic Garden and the numerous Dahlem Museums are in the immediate vicinity. Bus line 110 in 5 min, subway U3 in 7 min walking distance. A bakery, Aldi and several restaurants are around the corner. Service: Electricity and water consumption, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Breakfast is served upon request (extra charge).Towels are changed regularly. For a stay of more than one week bed linen is changed and then also a washing machine is possible.
