Anonymous, Feb 2017 - Best Western Plus Barsana Hotel & Suites
Pros (+) Location was good
Cons (-) Staff was not helpful. Front desk worker didn't even speak English! Room had old toothbrush and too the paste as well as a bag of stuff left in it! They still have not given me a receipt. Suspicious activity ... like try to make me pay cash for incidentals ... I think they were pocketing the cash part.

Pros (+) Bed was comfortable, room was clean, Jerry and staff were great.
Cons (-) One complaint, but it is a big one for us, the curtains were a sheer white with no blinds to pull. We were on the ground floor facing the parking lot and passer-bys could see in the room. During the night it was very bright in the room and there was a landscaping light right outside our window on a timer coming on intermittently. The result was a terrible night's sleep.
