Overall the hotel was was nice, clean and and had plenty of space in the restaurant and lobby. A few of the fixtures in the room were worn but everything was in working order. The staff was super friendly.

Excellent staff at checkin and checkout as well as breakfast crew. Parking was a long walk from the available parking spots late night. Maybe have card access from back door after hours for convenience of getting into air conditioned building especially during summer.

Pros (+) The price. Which I am sure is discounted because of the plandemic. Location.
Cons (-) Didn’t like that they kinda assumed we wouldn’t want cleaning service. Breakfast went down to an extreme low. The omelette was great as usual but the rest of the food was warm at best. Would be better walking around and serving juice instead of stupid little containers. No toast or breads. Instant oatmeal. Was very disappointing

Cons (-) Our room had hair on the bed, bathroom counter and in the shower. There were bugs that appeared to be lady bugs on the walls and ceiling. The bed was hard as a rock, compared to the new embassy suite by OU medical, this one doesn’t even compare. For the price of the room cheaper hotels are more clean than this one. We won’t be staying at this one again.

Pros (+) Front desk staff was friendly and understanding that we were disappointed with their hotel. A third party sold this hotel as a 5 Star and 1.5 is all I would give it. Found a Marriott Courtyard down the street for $20 less per night and got a much better room.
