Pros (+) N/A
Cons (-) My car got broken into in the parking lot despite a gate that was supposed to block access from Prospect Ave. The staff was great. This is a well maintained property. Ultimately, the break-in happened on this hotel's property. Cons (-) The complementary breakfast wasn't great, but everything else makes up for it.

I called twice to confirm this was a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. We have 3 small kids under 5 and I'm pregnant so there wasn't enough room for us. We tried to get the front desk person to switch the room but nothing was available and she was rude. We called guest service...
