Pros (+) Assistant manager/night auditor was actually able to help remedy an issue with my reservation in a timely manner.
Cons (-) Pretty much everything besides the service. The location being near a highway, it is clearly not used by typical travelers. It looks to be more aimed towards locals and people who want cheap place to do... things. This is also shown by the appearance of the hotel.
