Wifi was terrible. Tv was swapped out for a smaller one with no notification. The pop machine was out all WEEK. $4 candy bars? Forcing you to go down the street when you have a captive audience. Stupid business practice. Breakfast and staff was fine. Location fine but these are basics. Slow wifi is terrible and won't be sustainable.

Cons (-) No breakfast due to Covid, but not their fault.

Cons (-) Walking to the elevator and in the elevator there was trash and food on the floor. The hallway were run down. The rooms were poorly remodeling. The bathrooms were not clean there was hair on the bathroom floor, hair in the sink hair, hair in the tub, and NO HOT WATER from the time I checked In to 9pm at night and they try and tell me they fix the problem but only lied about it.

Pros (+) The room was comfortable. It was a great value. As a side note, one thing I really appreciated was how kind and helpful the staff member was when several hours after I left I realized that I had possibly left my sunglasses behind. The woman said nobody had turned them in but that she would run upstairs and talk to housekeeping to be sure. They did have them, and she left them at the desk for me to...
Cons (-) There was a very strong smell of cleaning products when we arrived. I am not sensitive to that sort of thing at all, but it was overwhelming. I had to open a window to be able to stand it. The hotel could have stood some updates and maintenance. Touching up some paint and repairing the out of order dryer, etc., but that didn’t affect my stay.

Pros (+) The room was very nice.
Cons (-) Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced at any hotel in my entire lifetime. Frankly I'm pissed off that I even had to pay money to stay here. What a joke.

Pros (+) The hotel offers reasonable rates therefore it hosts many customers with children. At times, the hallways and common areas were muddy due to the weather and all the foot traffic. But the front desk staff and maid service were friendly and accommodating.
Cons (-) Breakfast is served promptly at stated hours.

Pros (+) Quiet, down pillows, right off highway
Cons (-) Staff was....a bit odd. There were blood stains on the shower curtain, shower drain was clogged, water from sink occasionally smelled like sewage.
