Poor
Mike, May 2024 - Hilton Garden Inn Oklahoma City Midtown
The general manager, Duncan, has a real bad chip on his shoulder. He needs to be retrained. I’m not sure if that would even be sufficient or not? What an absolute embarrassment to not only the Hilton and their brand, but to himself. He has multiple areas of opportunity, from honesty to keeping his word, integrity to treating others with kindness and respect, Duncan gets 0 stars. This was my second ...

Mike, Mar 2024 - Hilton Garden Inn Oklahoma City Midtown
Some of the front desk staff need to be counseled or let go. Arrogant, passive aggressive attitudes. The restaurant is closed Sunday so no F&B credit for diamond members. Gratuity also excluded from F&B credit, nickel and dimes around here. Computer systems for this property oversell, so good luck getting the room you expect. Management the worst of the lot. They avoid confrontation at all cost an...

Wonderful
Anonymous, Mar 2016 - Hilton Garden Inn Oklahoma City Airport
Pros (+) The Hilton Garden Inn OKC Airport matches its companies esteemed reputation. Originally, we wanted to stay in the Downtown/Bricktown areas; however the comparable rooms there were going for an extra $100/night. For just a 5 minute ride down the freeway, the savings were more than worth it. Great hotel for a family!
