Pros (+) The staff is great
Cons (-) The area is seedy and the other guests who stay at this hotel aren't people you want young children to be around.

Maxim, Feb 2017 - Best Western Plus Executive Hotel
Pros (+) They are renovating and it's lookig a little nicer now. Th stuff is very polite.
Cons (-) 1) 3 pm checknin is terrible. So after a long drive you can't just go and relax, but have to wait ! 2) only one elevator works and is very slow, and you wait forever and end up riding it with a bunch of people and with their house keeping moving all the staff on it with you.stoping on every floor.

George, Nov 2016 - Best Western Plus Governor's Inn
Cons (-) Found 2 live roaches in my room. Notified staff who were willing to relocate however no other rooms were available. Suggested construction workers were likely culprits for bringing bugs into room.
