Cons (-) The bed was uneven. Staff are somewhat rude. The phone in the room didn't work and I was charged twice for the room. Indoor pool needs updates... actually most of the hotel does.

Pros (+) The Four Points in Richmond, Va. has to rank as one of the very best places I have ever stayed. Management as well as rank and file empoyees went out of their way to make sure I was happy and properly looked after. My trip began with a 36 hour layover on the way to Richmond. When I arrived Kix, Jasmine, Yassilla and the rest of the crew let me know I was the only care and concern of the hotel even...
Cons (-) I didn't like the restaurant manager on duty during the day. She had a sour attitude that was a direct clash with what the hotel was trying to achieve. She was a short, red headed, nasty fireball that was from my opinion a horrible task master that drove down the moral of earnest employees.
