craig, Sep 2025 - Holiday Inn Express Richmond - Midtown By IHG
Hotel was clean and staff helpful but rooms were not well sound proofed and there was a lot of noise from hall and next door.

Kristene, Dec 2020 - Holiday Inn Express Richmond E - Midlothian Trnpke
Pros (+) The location was where we needed to be, but there are more choices in the future.
Cons (-) The whole facility needs updated. Our room smelled like must and mildew.

Cons (-) I don't like the redesigned rooms. They feel like dorm rooms. The furniture is cheap and has no style.

Pros (+) The room and location.
Cons (-) Breakfast buffet is $10 per person and not good at all. They blast fox news in the breakfast area and got offended when I asked them to change the channel. I dont feel like biased news should be on at a hotel, it should be on local news only.

Anonymous, Jun 2016 - Holiday Inn Express Richmond - Midtown By IHG
Pros (+) The room and bed were comfortable with all the basics and the staff was friendly. We happened to stay on a very hot night, so it was great to take an evening dip in the outdoor pool (even though it's essentially in the front parking lot). This hotel was fine for one night, as we were passing through town, but nothing special
Cons (-) Breakfast was rather weak.
