I love everything about this place. It’s near tons of shopping ht tucked away in a quiet corner without a lot of traffic getting in and out. My room is always clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. It’s my go to hotel whenever I come to Richmond.

Pros (+) The rooms are nice, modern but inviting. Good spot if you are going to the convention center.
Cons (-) You can hear people walking around in the hallways as there is a big gap between the door and the floor. Breakfast is expensive and the only parking options is valet which is $27/day.

Cons (-) Front desk staff less than friendly, almost rude. Never saw a smile or any indication that I was a welcome guest. Minor special requests were barely accommodated. This is my third stay at the hotel and I always feel that the front desk people lack warmth, a desire to help and seemed bothered when asked for any assistance. Borderline rude.
