The hotel is new and the rooms are nice with new appliances. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price was a good value. McDonalds is across the street. The location is OK The subway is a 10 minute brisk walk The entrance to the hotel is downstairs
The hotel is newly built, and is clean. The staff are friendly and willing to help. The surrounding area is safe, including at nights. The hotel is in 5-7 minutes form the subway station. My room was a little small, but it did not matter as I was out most of the time.
Everything The lack of parking
The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. It was a good hotel for our quick trip since we only used the room for sleeping. The parking was ok too surprisingly the room was EXTREMELY small. Its not an issue if you are traveling and only using the room to sleep and shower. If you have small children beware the only place they have to play are on the beds.
I appreciated being able to eat breakfast. Location was good for me. The room was very clean. I would have liked a coffee maker in the room.
Clean, well equipped, nice to have on site parking Very very very loud at night; despite being on the 4th floor, people were yelling, slamming doors, and walking around until 4am.
None Evening staff was very nasty she implied I did not hear very well when I ask questions on parking space when I checked in. They never told me is was come first, first serve bases and I needed to go get my own space wherever I found one to park. They just said, there was parking on the inside. There was no extra blankets or pillows. Iron or ironing board and the rooms heater did not work well either. We were very cold that night. Unfortunately, we were there for a funeral which made our experience at your hotel more depressing..I Will not book or recommend this place to anyone. It was not worth the money I paid to stay here. I have stay at 4 and five star hotels and this was not a star..
Good welcome, good assistance to get a taxi. The phone in my room was not working well, I mentioned this to the recpetion several times, but they did nothing. The receptionist was even thinking I was stupid.
Clean Fire alarm went off three times in the night, house keeping was obnoxiously loud in the morning, to the point that I could not sleep and had to wake up. Could not get a hold of management for two days, and after demanding to be comp-ed for my horrible night's stay, was only given $55 back.
