The pickup staff tried to put another day on my rental because I arrived 30 minutes early. When P asked why tge cost was double, they afmitted their "mistake". The dropoff inspector asked me to fill out a damage report over a pen-tip sized mark on the windshield. The 1st time in my life this has happened. This is a new parking garage and it seems it is only partially in use so the exit signs are not accurate. The staff did not inform me of this or how to leave the garage upon pick up. The signs show exits that end in barricades and after 20 minutes of driving in circles I had to ask another employee (not a car rental employee, as I couldn't find anyone around to help) in the garage informed me that I need to go through the "return" area in order to leave the premise. I had to help another couple out of the garage as well as they were also confused. This could have been avoided if the staff were to inform renters upon picking up their car.Reviewed Nov 29 2025
