Car was damaged at pickup. Tried to report to agent at counter but they disappeared to wash a car. Tried calling customer service number on receipt but they said they could only manage reservations. Tried emailing customer service with images of the damage and never heard back.Reviewed Mar 10 2025

When I got into the vehicle, the windshield and every window of the car were covered with water on the inside. The windows were all closed, so it seems like someone may have cleaned off the entire inside and not dried any of it. I had to wipe everything down with some spare clothes, then blast the heat until the windshield finished drying off. It took ages and I ended up with some wet clothes. Pros:No, I tried to call their office various times the day before, and they put me on hold for a long time twice, then just hung up the 3rd try. After that it just went to corporate.Cons:The young man I encountered upon arrival was very brusque. Whipped thru the paperwork, and when I asked to confirm the quoted price, he said a price of $40 more. I asked why and he said it was because I was picking it up early (less than an hour difference, the flight was a bit early). He re-did it all to reflect the price I was quoted. Pros:Nothing! Didn’t even rent the vehicle!Cons:No where in the rental agreement did it say there would be a rental car deposit?!! Therefore I was not prepared with a credit card that could hold that amount of money!! Very disappointed!!Reviewed Mar 19 2021
