Terrible, to the extent that I'm never going to use budget again. Our flight was delayed by 12 hours, so the pickup was later then we specified (through no fault of ours). However, Budget charged us ~$700 MORE than the quote we had received. I only noticed this after signing the agreement. When I pointed this out, they said that happens when we're late, and we get the default charge. I pressed them further to honor the agreement and they printed out a separate receipt, writing in the original quote (was actually about $150 more than the original quote, but I was too tired to argue)....with an additional $200 'deposit' that we get back upon returning the car. We returned the car, and still haven't received the $200 deposit back.Reviewed Mar 22 2024

Cons:Arrival was awful. Huge line and only one desk person. Then we went to get car and that took 25 minutes. Car arrived filthy as car was was not working. Pretty lousy service for a long time Budget person.Reviewed Mar 2 2021
