Terrible experience. Will never use them again. We reserved a vehicle 6 months prior to travel. When we got there they only had a minivan for us. We had 6 people and a baby we were going into the mountains to ski and they could only provide a front wheel drive minivan when we ordered a luxury SUV with four wheel drive. Pros:Easy check in/out process. Employee was very friendly and helpful.Cons:The A/C did not work. The only reason it was bearable was because we went up the mountain and had the windows down with the cool breeze. But it was very hot /sweaty with the windows up and in Reno without the colder air outside.Reviewed May 3 2021
