Cons:Of the 25 cars I’ve rented so far this year, this was by far the worst vehicle. It had no A/C, the wind leaked through the windows, it was filthy, and was completely stripped down option with 110k kilometers. Pros:The staff was fine and pleasant, that wasn’t an issue. The car also drove well and handled Iceland’s roads very well.Cons:At check in I spent about an hour in line. It was ridiculous, way too long, and apparently all too common at this location. I wa furious and could have gone to another rental area off the airport site faster and cheaper.
