Pros: staff person was friendly and ready car was in great condition
Cons: etoll/ez-pass was supposed to be off/deactivated but some cash tolls automatically appeared to be paid by the ez-pass system Now i will likely have to battle over these charges

Pros: the pick-up staff person was great car was in very good condition.
Cons: the etoll/ez-pass system was supposed to be deactivated/off but the cash lanes at some (not all) tolls still were paid by ez-pass. Now i will likely have to battle over these charges. Thus the LOW ratings.

Nice rental and friendly agent.
Pros: Nice clean new vehicle. Great location.
Cons: Only had one guy working the counter. Was stuck behind two other people that had issues. They could use someone to help the agent. He was doing everything.

Pure car selection
Pros: Car was clean
Cons: No 12v power output. Small SUV. No option for choice even though I saw more than 5 different SUV's!!! Staff was very strict about the which car I can take in my category, it was the middle of the week and when I called they said that there are a few mid size SUV but when I got there they said: you're getting the Mazda CX-5 period! This car has no 12V socket for a phone charger and the BT speaker quality is awful! I don't understand why I couldn't pick another car in the same category or at least change cars once it's possible. My next review is on Yelp and google. I'll go with a more flexible company next time...
